I am probably going to get downvoted. But: Not all women are good in bed. And what is between your legs isn’t necessarily golden. But yes, we tell all women that because honestly… it’s like pizza. Even if it’s terrible it’s still enjoyable enough. So bring more to the table. And yes, I’m talking to you too, no matter what a former lover may have told you. Trust me, I’ve talked up girls that are definitely “mid”. Because you don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.

Just pointing out an apparent hypocrisy: most women here would not want a man to pay for OF or tip, but expect men to date women who might have an OF. Make it make sense. 😂

That burden for the tax payers is too much. I would say anyone woman who wants to get child support from a man should automatically be subject to a paternity test. And before you say they are, it can slip in the cracks.

This is false. It’s not true when women say it either. If a woman is telling you what she wants, you have to assume that she would know. Especially if a lot of women are telling you the same. I feel the same way about men giving women advice too. Ladies, if men are telling you what they want, it’s not really your opinion that matters. Same thing in the reverse.

As a man, I can’t agree with this. I have a dad bod and have no shortage of women trying to see me naked. Clearly they are a fan. I do acknowledge that some women love the chiseled look. If that’s your type, I’m probably not it. I will also say thee is a HUGE difference between a dad bod and being fat/chubby. I always joke that I’m a fat black guy, and every single woman says “where?!?” with the 😍 eyes. In my view, a dad bod is one that is very strong, has muscles, but you also know they will ea…

I don’t really consider myself a red piller (or any pill for that matter), but this is what I would tell any female friend looking to weed out guys: Date with intention and let that be known up front. Cut off your sneaky links. These are the guys you want to avoid anyway and goes with point 1. Avoid guys who still hangs with his sneaky links. Date guys who are somewhat busy… with a career. Look how the guy treats other people, especially women he is not sleeping with. Such as waitstaff. Look for…

I don’t see the problem with it. I mean, you should find love wherever you can. Would this be an issue if women said they only want a six foot foreigner? I doubt it. So why would it be different for men? Find love and be happy. That would be my advice for men and women.

It is utterly ridiculous. Go to TikTok and look up “itsgabbyfe” and watch some of her videos when she talks about her standards. If that doesn’t tell you that the market is insane, nothing will. I had a similar experience as the OP the one time I tried the apps. Learned very quickly it’s just not worth it. I’ll stick to hitting on women in real life.

Same. To an extent. I never really struggled with women. But now that I have multiple degrees and money in my early 40s? I’m pretty much unstoppable. So that’s my advice for the men: don’t even stress. Work on yourself. Work on your craft. And the success in dating will come. The hard part for me is turning down the young ladies. I used to have a rule that I wouldn’t date anyone under 30. Then 28. Now… it might get lower. Women don’t realize that the younger girls are their competition. They kno…

Man. This is not going to end well. I suspect in about 10-15 years, you’re going to start reading all kinds of scholarly articles on the depression of women and how to stop it. I’ve already seen it with my moms friends. She’s in her mid 60s, her friends are in that range. The ones that are married with kids are much happier than the ones that are single. Recently, one of my moms single friends had a melt down because she had to take care of some things around the house and pay errands. Her dad u…

Agreed. I think dating is hard on both sexes. I think women have access to sex more, but usually the guys that they want, don’t want to be with them like that. Ultimately, I think most women would prefer the relationship to the casual sex. Most men, if they have the option, would probably prefer casual sex to a relationship.

Honestly, I don’t know the ins and outs of their marriage enough. But on the surface, yes, that’s exactly what we want. But, if I’m being honest, isn’t she now on husband number 3? Something tells me it’s not as it seems. And if I’m not mistaken, she’s just coming off a divorce, right? With the guy she moved on with? That is definitely a factor. One thing that I’ve started to pay attention to are the girls that can’t seem to keep a guy longer than a few years. The good ones stay married (or comm…

Oh god. No they don’t. Men should not even dare. Every single time I have been cheated on, it was with girls with a “hoe” phase. Every. Single. Time. I’m not saying that’s every girl. That’s impossible. But considering that it has happened, girls with a hoe phase are a major red flag for me. Usually, they still have one or two of those guys that they still have a soft spot for. Fellas, that’s the guy she will most likely sleep with if given the chance. She never quite got over that one. Proceed …

I’m only talking about the famous ones because those are the ones you know. I was at a political fundraiser last Thursday and half of the donors I met there cheat on their wives. I guess the wives in general have more of a “don’t ask don’t tell” policy. And it works for them. All I’m saying is that it is not nearly as much of a deal breaker as some women might think. Others are completely fine with it as long as it’s not in their face. I know a few (former) pro athletes that have that kind of ar…

I think too many are mistaking the term. Value refers to a man’s worth in the marketplace. Not his actual values or morality. And time and time again we’ve learned that being amoral does not damage a man’s market place value. If that were the case, Tristan Thompson and Nick Cannon would only have one child and would be unable to get any more women. Jason Derulo is probably with another baddie ALREADY. Because women don’t really care if he was a cheater as long as he brings other things to the ta…

I do not believe that high value men automatically are cheaters. I think it is on a case by case. That being said, if I had to make a general statement about the majority (say 51%), I have to say that most of them probably do cheat. Hence the trade off that you mentioned. Either she needed to do more work to make sure she found a faithful HVM, or she should have dated a man that was less successful.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/22 12:56 PM

Correct. Relative to other men that Jenna could have selected. I think many want “value” to equal “values”, when in this case it most refers to the economics. Men like Jason are scarce. Scarcity makes it valuable. You can find the poor ugly guy with morals anywhere. There are probably tons. Jenna wouldn’t go for that guy though.

I think I know why: women are protective of other women and predatory behavior. I kinda feel the same way with regards to my own family. That being said, I’m now coming around to the idea of dating a younger woman. I’m 41 years old and I have a fairly line in the sand rule of not dating anyone under 30. But I’m probably changing that soon. If I’m being honest, I am finding younger women easier to date. They seem to have a really good understanding of what they want and they usually aren’t trying…

But that means you really aren’t arguing anything. If you agree that promiscuous people cheat, then that means you agree with the assertion made by the OP. Which was the point. And honestly, the only reason why I responded in the first place is because you seemed like you are well versed with applied psychology. As someone who has studied that extensively as a grad student (albeit OB), I was curious. But I see I was probably assuming too much. So, probably not responding from here on out.

And a comment that makes sense. Right now your just talking around the issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/22 09:37 PM
1

Lol. Yes. People can lie about it. But you dodged the question. Do you think someone who is promiscuous would cheat? It’s irrelevant to talk about if they would lie to me. People typically lie. But the behavior itself is the issue. You also didn’t answer my question with regards to the behavior. Which. Fine. Probably tells me you can’t argue it. But the point of the original post is that promiscuous people cheat. Do you really have a comment against that or not really?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/22 09:36 PM
1

I will also add this: I do think this applies to men as well, albeit to a lesser degree. I think with men, it is not as frowned upon, so some men use it as a way of validation. Still, I think those men are likely to cheat as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/22 04:30 PM

As you should know (based on your handle), behavior isn’t static. It’s based on person factors, situation factors and person by situation interactions. Promiscuity is one way to eliminate the “situation” factors since, in theory, it would cross all types of situations. I agree that you can look at other incidences and situations, but I wonder why you are trying so hard to eliminate promiscuity when clearly you know it probably fits. Can you explain that one given the B = PxS formula from above? …
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/22 04:28 PM

Okay. Probably. But do you give the big five battery to every potential date? Are you licensed as a psychologist to even give such a test? Since you cannot, you have to look for behaviors that might suggest those particular person factors. Promiscuity is one of those behaviors in my opinion, especially among women, considering the injunctive norms surrounding it.

We can have nth number of hypotheticals. If she was loyal but abusive would that be okay? That’s stupid. If someone was rude, we wouldn’t date in the first place. In my experience, loyalty covers a lot: respect. Character. Compassion. All of those other things usually fall into place. So yes. If they are loyal I can work with anything else.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/22 11:16 PM

My experience as well. You can get away calling some of them some pretty degrading things in bed that you absolutely shouldn’t say in public. One of my exes used to say, “treat me like a queen in public, but slut me out in private.” She wasn’t the only one.

If the sample isn’t representative, then doesn’t that question the validity of the entire study? Older men obviously would have sex more, given that they are significantly more likely to be in a relationship. Why bother posting this if it’s not really representative? Also, I can attest that out of my friend group, I’m the only one that is single and regularly having sex. So maybe my group is special (along with a lot of the posters here it would seem), or the data set is flawed.

I tend to agree, but we need to get away from the logic that age = maturity. A lot of women in their 30s are quite immature - to the point where I can honestly say there is no correlation. I think that’s just an assumption we make, especially as men. Usually men mature with age, but it really depends on the woman’s background.

Hmmm. It does to a degree if I’m being honest. This gets asked a lot here. What usually gets mentioned is that high body counts might cheat a bit more. Not always the case but a good gauge. The other thing that bothers me about it is this: let’s say you have a woman who has slept with 20 guys. Why didn’t any of the other guys stick around? It’s almost like I would wonder if something was wrong with her. Because if you think about it, most men would have put a ring on it, if they felt she was wor…

I think you are right! It’s so destructive for relationships these days. Because, as the guy, you know where she’s going when you “take a break”.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 07:17 PM
6

That just tells me that you are the exception to the rule. Not the rule. One of my exes revenged cheated… then turned around and cheated on me. Her excuse? “I wanted to prove my ex wrong that I could sleep with a guy like that.” What did I do? I ghosted her. Never responded. And guess what? Just found out that she also cheated on the next guy. I think that’s more common than your situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 04:55 PM

If I’m being honest, I disagree with that too. Have you notice that variables only come into play when women cheat? When a man cheats, he’s a piece of sh*t. A dog. A terrible partner. When women cheat… she was just trying to find herself. Or healing from some past trauma. As if the path to enlightenment can only be found at the end of a different d*ck. Totally don’t buy that one. Women cheat largely for the same reason men do: low impulse control and a complete devaluation of their relationship.…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 04:39 PM

Okay. That’s a really weird and specific hypothetical. We are talking general statements. What if the boyfriend wasn’t emotionally and physically abusive? See what I mean? We could go all day with this. In general, promiscuity is a fairly good predictor.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 04:31 PM

I think I was just sloppy with my language. What I mean is this: “a woman who has been promiscuous in the past due to certain underlying conditions is likely to do it again if certain conditions are present.” Because if you really think about it, that is kinda self destructive behavior. It’s really not much different than drug addiction or the like. As a man, if you told me to choose for a wife the girl who had a stressor that caused her to be promiscuous (even if she was single) versus the woma…

Hahahaha we might have dated the same girl. In reality, it just shows that this is a very common scenario. As someone who has been on the other side as one of the FWBs, usually the girl really wants to get in a relationship… she just knows deep down that one isn’t on the table. And that could be for a variety of reasons. So, higher n counts are definitely something a man should be cognizant of before thinking about a serious relationship. I wouldn’t necessarily say no, but it would absolutely de…

In my view, that makes it worse. You are taking on even more of a risk. So if she had an underlying issue that caused her to cheat, wouldn’t it make sense that if that same issue happened again, she is most likely to cheat again? If it’s something you have no control over, it’s a risk. I would prefer someone who took a more healthier response rather than infidelity. But maybe that’s just me.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 01:11 PM

This matched my experience as well, as I’ve mentioned on other threads. Women with higher counts do tend to cheat more. They almost always have the one or two “side FWBs” too. Not to slut shame, just being honest. Get with those women at your own peril. There are some exceptions to this, but the general rule holds up.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 01:09 PM

If I’m being honest, he doesn’t sound like much of a winner either. If a woman was displaying something I considered undesirable, I would just move on.

Jesus. Stop crying. I’ll remove it. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/22 12:44 AM

Mmm. I will disagree with that one too. I do think it is some women and those women are the ones that end up with rings. But I don’t think it’s common. I think casual sex is almost celebrated now. That’s why a lot of women hate when guys “slut shame”. If it was uncommon, that wouldn’t even be a thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/22 07:33 PM

True, they didn’t. I’ve only slept with a handful of virgins. Definitely not the norm. I will say this though: how common really is “saving yourself for marriage” in this day in age? I think everyone is hooking up now… except for the 1/3 of men who never get laid.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/22 07:24 PM

Not always. I have had my share of women with low counts too. I typically like girls who are a bit more experienced, but the girl I’m seeing now has very few.

Not at all. I can say this and speak on behalf of men: we don’t care. I could literally sleep with a woman tonight and not care if I ever see or speak to her again. So what kind of emotional baggage would I have? Men want sex. It would be emotional baggage if it were a relationship. But men can absolutely separate the two - women can not.

The cap in these replies. Lol. I tell women about my number (and to be honest, it’s a ballpark because I only know it to a certain point). I’ve never, not one time, had a woman decline my advances or tell me they are no longer interested. In fact, it’s just the opposite. I am just being honest. Oh, and by the way, it hasn’t stopped me into getting into a LTR if I wanted to either. So just stop it. And I can prove it. Everyone has heard the term “community dick”, right? If girls were repulsed by …

If I’m being completely honest… yes. Maybe that’s not fair, but as the other guy, I’ve absolutely hooked up with girls on “girls trips”. Some of the best sex I’ve had. Hahaha

This won’t be popular, but I say this all of the time. If you have a high n count, or you are in your 30s (especially mid to late) 30s, I have to assume something is wrong with you. If you have a high body count and no guy wanted to wife you down, there has got to be a reason. Some women say they just didn’t want any of the guys they were hooking up with, but that doesn’t make sense to me either. You were taking a chance of getting pregnant or getting a disease for a guy you couldn’t reasonably …

This isn’t accurate. I’m attractive and have access to a lot of women. I wouldn’t date an American woman though. It’s just not smart. I absolutely sleep with American women. But when I’m ready to settle down and be married, I’m looking elsewhere.

As a content creator, I wholeheartedly agree with the porn thing. It’s a terrible way to teach men to be good in bed. In fact, I would argue that if you are “fucking like a pornstar”, you are probably bad in bed. That’s not always true for every woman of course, but probably the majority.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/22 09:44 PM

Well, I think the key is to listen to your partner. One of my regular FWBs loves having her face fucked. I don’t like it, but I do it because she does. She also likes it when I put my fingers down her throat. Like FAR. Weird to me, but she enjoys it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/22 09:43 PM

High N men are different. Usually, high N men are that way because they are desirable to women. The reverse is not true. Women can have sex with men whenever they want. That’s why I think it’s more of a risk. Women who have high body counts do that because they choose to, not because they have achieved anything. That in itself suggests a low level of impulse control. In my opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/22 01:31 AM

This is very true. One reason why I don’t like sleeping with virgins is that I don’t really prefer to teach. I don’t mind teaching some things. But it just seems like too much work for me. But you are 100 percent right.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/22 10:08 PM

Meh. I think it depends. Everyone is different. Likes. Dislikes. I don’t think you can become really good until you’ve experimented a bit. Now I really do mean “a bit”. You don’t have to go full on sleeping with everyone you see. But a few is good. Now, you can also learn to be really good with the one person, but again it probably won’t work for the next.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/22 10:00 PM

That’s my experience as well. Hence the risk. Not always the case of course, but they tend to be huge cheaters.

I’ve slept with two virgins in my life. I wouldn’t recommend. Both were terrible, but it really wasn’t there fault. I just need a little bit of experience. But to answer your question… I think it depends on the woman. One of the virgins I slept with married the next guy she slept with and she’s still married (happily). So she certainly doesn’t think she’s missing out.

I think the other issue with men has nothing to do with red pill per se, it is the antiquated laws in this country. As a very attractive middle aged man (41 m). I would tell any guy to not really date for marriage/commitment. It’s a huge risk. I have means and money. I probably have more resources than most, and it was hard on me. My ex messed up the relationship, got the kids and a HUGE amount of child support. On top of that, my kids don’t want to live with her and feel abused. Response from t…

Okay. I have several layers to this question. First of all, 12 isn’t a lot of “bodies”. And three definitely isn’t. The honest, I think he will find that to be true in a few years. It’s a sign of immaturity to look at it that way. I would normally say “dump him”, but in truth he’s just young and ignorant. That (hopefully) will change. Men absolutely should not blame women. They need to learn to look inward. Men were broken way before this modern environment, it just was not talked about. That research by Dr. Gatos is pretty spot on. I think there needs to be a lot of self reflection and work done on themselves. If they fix that, they might get the outcomes they want. That’s not to say that women are completely blameless, because they are not. But largely the issues start and end with men. If they leveled up, they will have no…

Also, the same for body count. I don’t really care about the number per se. But a high number would make me ask two essential questions: is she ready for a relationship? Next question: why didn’t any of the other guys want her? Was she choosing the wrong men (which might be a judgment issue)? Now, if someone was just having fun for a while, not as much of a deal breaker as long as that period is over. I can’t be too judgmental after all… I shoot adult content. I think it is just normalized. The sad part is that I think that is precisely what is keeping them from meaningful commitment and relationships. Guys are after sex, so if they are getting it, they don’t need to commit. I will also say hooking up is a red flag for me personally. Not because of slut shaming or anything like that… I just think that it is indicative of the fact that you might not be ready for a long term relationship.

I’m my opinion, redpill isn’t inherently “bad”. I also think that it makes a lot of really good points. I think the people who subscribe to it take it to an extreme that makes it more problematic. False. ALL industries get subsidies. That’s how lobbying works. Again, don’t like it? Boycott. Or become a socialist. Either way I suppose.

And again, if you are a capitalist, you know this is not how it works. You don’t like what Meta is doing? Boycott them. That’s how they make money. If enough of his followers did that, they might put him back on. But if a company could face legal issues by allowing him to stay, you can’t in good faith, as a capitalist, say they should do something against their best interest. They do that shit in china.

That’s also why, for me, the only real dealbreaker in a relationship is cheating. Cheating is largely a choice; albeit a hard one for those that have the predisposition mentioned above. Moreover, in my more public life, I really need someone I can trust. Cheaters fail on both counts usually. I can work with absolutely anything else. Cheating? Not so much.

Primarily two reasons: firstly, most cheaters that I know tend to justify their cheating. So while it’s wrong, and they know it, they find a reason to feel good about it. And secondly, it appears there is a possibility that cheating could even be genetic. So the way I see it, unless there is some deep introspection within the cheater, and possibly even therapy, the behavior is more likely to continue than not.

That’s awesome. I will say your husband is very rare. Usually, cheaters never correct. Which is why it’s such a deal breaker for me.

Personally, I would not. If they are attracted to the same sex, I think they should say something. I would be 100 percent okay with it.

I would be down. Feel free to send me a message to set something up. I will say this: I’ve never been red pill/blue pill or anything in between. I follow those subs simply because the debate. In truth, I think it’s much more nuanced. So that’s the warning. If you still think I’m a good candidate, shoot me a DM!

I hate that word. Toxic. It’s so freaking overused. And really, “toxic” is any behavior you don’t like. It needs to stop. The truth is, who are you to say what is toxic? If a woman who was a victim of DV decided to sleep around and use men… is that toxic? In my view, no, it’s a coping mechanism. A very unhealthy one. It’s kind of arrogant to assume that the way you coped should be the norm for everyone. And I would say to that person the same thing I told the OP: seek therapy and counseling to p…

But everyone handles trauma/abuse differently, correct? I think the OP should seek out therapy/counseling, but don’t diminish his experience. The truth is, women can be big time abusers too. I had an ex that did something similar to me… and she currently works for a domestic violence non profit. Can’t make this stuff up.

Exactly. That’s why I say behaviors matter more than body count. To me, it’s whether it’s in the past and it definitely isn’t necessarily indicative of how that person acts in the future.

I just don’t think that’s the case. But maybe? I don’t know what their thoughts are. I will say this as well: clearly women don’t care about community dick simply for the fact that it exists. I know that term has been used in this thread quite a bit. And in my view, it actually proves it doesn’t matter. If it was something to be shunned, a lot of men wouldn’t do it… nor would they aspire to (which I do believe a lot of men do). Furthermore, those guys wouldn’t exist because after a certain amoun…

I don’t think you are understanding my point. It’s essentially this: 1, the ones that you think are “conservative” usually aren’t. And 2, even the ones that are conservative (low body counts/career women/dating with purpose)… they just don’t care. Again, that’s my experience. You might not like it per se, but that doesn’t change the fact. And usually, I get questions, which in my view suggests a fascination/curiosity. The usual questions are: What was your weirdest/funniest experience? Have you …

Of course man! Message me if you ever want lifting or nutrition help. I am not a therapist though, so definitely talk to a professional on that one if needed. But here to help!

I think that’s kind of a weird question. I wouldn’t say so. Are you talking about my relative attractiveness compared to other men versus theirs with other women? Either way, I don’t think that matters.

You’d be surprised. Especially with swinging. I would say the majority are conservative. They just have… a different side I suppose. And I date the entire spectrum - I’ve been out with doctors and lawyers as well as waitresses. None of them have cared about my body count. Just like I don’t really care about theirs. I think body count is only important when you factor in behaviors. But on its own, it’s pretty irrelevant. That’s something I would disagree with the RP guys on. Behavior is much more…

I think that’s a huge factor. And how do you get more confidence? Work on yourself. There is a published paper by Dr. Matos that I think is pretty spot on in part. He basically states that the reason men struggle with dating is that they haven’t worked on the “soft” skills. Like communication and emotional intelligence. I wholeheartedly agree. Yes, some “high earners” might not have to worry about that, but I think healed men is very much in vogue. I’m a fairly high earner, but a lot of the wome…

I feel like I should give a bit of context. I absolutely disagree with red pill ideology as a whole. The reason for my disagreement is primarily one of probability: on balance, I do not believe the majority of women act the way the RPers seem to think. I think on the whole the ideas presented on red pill threads lack a lot of nuance. I can go into detail if anyone likes. However, when it comes to body count, this is absolutely true in my experience. I am a fairly attractive guy with a good caree…

Just my experience, they absolutely prefer men with a high body count. Women have told me this… and I’ve observed it. Why else do you think guys like personal trainers get a lot of play? I’m a content creator, swinger and amateur pornstar. Not a single woman has had a problem with my count. They often ask for stories lol.

And I speak from personal experience. I have a “day” job, but I’m also a swinger and content creator. You would be surprised how many girlfriends and wives have cheated on their husbands with me. It’s almost jarring.

Can I be honest? Sad to say but it’s possible. I wouldn’t call it “stealing” though. It’s more: women and men both have a loyalty problem. It’s really hard to find anyone who really is down for you these days. It used to be just the men who were prone to infidelity… but now it’s everyone.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
