The hell does big biceps have to do with being a man? This is men's rights, not the red pill. There are clear biological and societal roles that men play and I agree that society is trying to emasculate us and make us "equal" to women, but damn dude my gf has some flamboyant gay friends that look like the statue of David and are probably way more ripped than you are.

You're perpetuating the patriarchy more right now than any man I've ever known just with that comment. You're so wrong on so many levels and I want you to know that that's a good thing, but you're totally lying to yourself. Why do you think that it's only men who have "societal expectations?" Women uphold societal expectations just as much as we do, if not more so. We are men, we don't care about anything except for having a stable life, a good job, and someone to love us. We don't care if the p…

How many women have set out to run big companies? How many women are currently running for congress? Without looking at any statistics or sources, I'll say right now that women ARE getting an equal chance at positions of power today and they were not getting that even 20 years ago. A lot of progress has been made. Perpetuating the myth that there is still a "patriarchy" is just defeatist bullshit for women who want to succeed and own their own companies and run for office in the future. In today…

Well yes you are agreeing with me, in essence. I think that you shouldn't show those emotions in front of your woman. Women are attracted to just that, strong men, successful, confident. A loss of any one of these things is to be expected at some point temporarily. Every woman is different, but in a very primal sense they might not understand that they are not attracted to that kind of thing, even though they say they want their men to show some emotion once in awhile. However, if your mother di…

Yea, as I said, they shouldn't treat you like that for something that everyone is quite capable of and does. It just seems weird to me that this could potentially be a point of contention for a relationship. If a girl openly weeps in front of me, it's usually for something really fucking trivial. If I were to weep, there would be a good reason. I would want them to see it like it is, and think, wow something really bad must have happened and I should comfort him, rather than back away from the r…

Maybe you've just gone through a lot more shit in your years than I have, but you seem to be saying that you've experienced tremendous emotions and wept because of them quite a few times, in front of friends and in front of girlfriends. I think this might be a direction away from the norm, and reading your last sentence I do agree with you, but I wonder why you have let yourself show those emotions in the first place before you could trust them? I've learned that you get way less judgment from s…
