1	I made a terrible mistake Without doing any research on the topic, I was told that she put him on the BC and regardless of the outcome of paternity he was still required to pay child support. It’s supposedly TX law. I think it’s incredibly fucked because he’s supporting a child that isn’t his and is required to do so until the child turns 18. 2	I made a terrible mistake Don’t know where you are but laws vary in each state. In Colorado, you can relinquish rights. I had a woman promise to “make my life hell” and “I’ll see you in court”. Obviously I held onto those messages but i didn’t need to because i could simply relinquish parental rights. Once she figured that out she got an abortion and has been tormenting some other poor bastard. Hopefully you don’t live in Texas.
