I don't know jack about tennis either, but in the video even the commentator agrees that men do say worse, but with the important caveat that they stop after the warning which is why they seldom get to the 2nd and 3rd infraction penalties, whereas Serena just would not stop. Also, her main argument is that she wasn't being coached- yet at the end her coach says, "To be honest, I was coaching." His defense was that everyone coaches it is like a openly broken rule. He said he has never been called…

I'm not implying I didn't make any. I'm just asking you to point out which ones and explain their significance. Okay, you pointed out one, what does it mean? Why does it matter to what I'm saying? I said, "My take on the situation is..." As such, that is obviously my assumption. Now, you are pointing out I'm making assumptions, which is true, I'm just asking why you are pointing that out, and what it means to you. My assumptions came from the information in the articles.

Can you point out which ones, and explain?

I'm also on the boat here that this is distasteful. It's not even the lack of empathy, it is the way some of you seem to revel in this outcome of death for a human being. With comments like: scum is dead, and the home owner is in the clear. That's pretty much the most hardcore pass-denial I've seen here. Sounds like a great neighbor. Let's cover some of the things we know here. I am going to reference the original article, and another article that was more recently updated on the latimes. Thomas…

Yes, you could argue that, that is a tautology. Saying if I were her, I'd be her could be interpreted as nonsensical. In that Sam Harris video, he uses another analogy of a bear. If you were taking a nap in the park, you hear an unfamiliar sound, and you awake to the sight of a grizzly bear charging at you from across the lawn. It'll be perfectly easy for you to understand you have a problem, without any imagining of free will, there is an immediate threat to your life. The situation changes in …

The entire first half of my comment is establishing just that, that the defendant is to be held accountable for all actions. Did you miss the whole Watts, God, and serpent quote? And also, I'm not so much arguing as I am making a case for being able to sympathize with a person's unfortunate circumstance, while at the same time holding them accountable. I even said: The point of this being, accountability starts with you, right now. And started the next idea with: But as far as sympathizing... As…

"It was the worst decision of my life," Richards said through tears. "I followed a lot of people with hate in their hearts... and I'm sorry for the actions I didn't take to save Mr. Anderson's life." "I didn't take" See how this is a subtle attempt at passing the blame? Graves and her attorneys set this up intentionally. They follow this up with : I was a teenager who partied too much and wanted to fit in with the crowd... He pointed out where Graves had told investigators that her mother used t…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
