List of Fallacies The murder of a person and the murder of a man are two different things. Murder is a human rights issue, and cannot be a mens' rights issue, but the part of murder that effects men is a mens' rights issue. This is a composition fallacy. 5	students told to disavow ‘american-ness, maleness, whiteness, heterosexuality’ This teacher just insulted Americans, non-Americans, men, non-men, whites, non-whites, heterosexuals, and non-heterosexuals all in one sentence. Think of it this way, this is like saying being a patriotic white cis male is something you shouldn't be proud of, and that being anything else is seen as a disadvantage.
