| 0 | Curiosity finally got the best of me: Bodyweight vs weight-based?Do both, if possible. The nearest gym to me is 60km, and has no trainers in the hours I can get there. I could buy/build a power rack but I would still have nobody to point out poor form, so I do BWF + suspension training. I work from home, so I knock out a set every half hour. I know I'm progressing, but I can't put a hard number on it the way that you can with lifting. | 2 | Own Your Shit Weekly - August 25, 2015The good: mostly holding frame, exercising. For the last few weeks I've added a new rule "cardio before breakfast". This isn't because I believe the intermittent fasting thing, and I've read all the studies about how this is good/bad/indifferent. I'm doing it because it is a dead simple rule to follow, and the best exercise is one you stick to.
