To win that one you need to engage with feminist arguments and provide example of arguments observing discrimination against women at this stage in history being only anti-male. Yes there is data that in many areas the legal system favours women, but there are other arguments that in different situations they favour men. I suggest you start researching areas that they favour men, and then argue with well observed data that the impact to men is 'worse' than the damage to women. Then you have to argue how the discrimination of men excludes them from basic human to a greater extent than women - that's what feminist activists/academics have done and why the word feminist is in the English dictionary. 1	Feminism is inherently anti male At some point in history Malinisum will become a thing. I.e. the structure of society will grant females greater autonomy than males. (Caveat: we are talking about both identification and biological at birth classification. I.e. Ideas are real, and words change the world).
