Little known fact he was the basis for the unknowing superhero character played by Bruce Willis in unbreakable.

Personal and completely anecdotal but what works for me is an eating window: 2-hours = massive weight loss 4-hours = moderate weight loss 6-hours = weight maintenance 8-hours = calorie surplus Outside that window is water only. I do have coffee upon waking and mid morning. My normal eating window is 2-8pm. I still eat relatively clean and I look at the totally of my diet, not just a single meal. I aim for a high protein intake and carbs from healthy sources; fruits and vegetables.

Why be average. This is about being alpha....aka the best version of you. With TRT my personal experience is to be OPTIMAL and for me that means test as high as possible WITHOUT sides.

This - if you're ok with food limitations of a strict keto diet doing them together is an excellent approach to fat loss.

Certification alone won't open doors - check the box, experience is king, but diversity certainly helps. As an example, being a technically skilled electrical engineer won't necessarily be the best director (assuming you work in a profit driven organization). Certificates in Accounting, Budgeting, Operations/Logistics Management, and literally anything with IT will increase your market value. Masters degree in your field or MBA (if moving to a strictly business operations/management side as oppo…

I should have clarified better: Cardio - yes, it definitely contributes to a calorie deficit and assists with fat loss. To me though it's secondary to what it really is....it's a primal skill set. You should be able to do two things very well - put great distance between you and a threat and put immediate distance between you and threat (or close distance). If you look at any athletic endeavor (military, law enforcement, fighting, etc). The ability to put out sustained energy and the ability to …

For a dude as fucking strong as you, what the fuck does a cup of coffee "washing your abs away" even mean? Has to do with not having BF% low enough to see anything beyond a visible ab line. No, you don't have to do a lick of cardio to have a lean physique, you just can't eat like a fat fuck Missed the point of this post. Cardio isn't about "getting lean". Cardio is primal skill set. When you cardio is depleted your ability to perform any task goes with it. Start thinking performance and not look…

Yeah....so the whole below 250 is a bit of misnomer that physicians outside of actual TRT physicians don't really understand. It's arbitary.....250-1100....for a guy to say well I'm at 350 so I'm within normal range - yeah if you're 60 years old. Science hasn't determined the chicken or the egg causation/correlation to testosterone yet. I'm old so my testosterone is down/or I'm testosterone is down so I'm old As for your concern - it's a legit concern to a degree. Even TRT Doses will shut down y…

I should have elaborated a bit....maybe that'll be for part 2. But the short of it is if you find "your" excellence, develop [primal] confidence and actually be alpha - not "act" alpha then 99% of these marriage questions of "hey guys, my wife said she didn't want to watch this TV show, is she shit testing me?" go by the wayside.

It would change anything - he'd get a play toy out of it, but ultimately she's not "changing her spots". Regarding the second part - it depends on what the OP wants from the relationship. I read it as "he wants to turn this chick out and then dump" (not out of cruelty but because she isn't LTR material). He can easily say "that behavior is unacceptable" and it not be due to jealously...it's because he has value and isn't into sluts being sluts. He's not coming across as jealous - he's coming acr…

1) Tell her: "I appreciate you being forthcoming with what happened; however, this type of behavior IN MY ABSENCE (that way you let her know being YOUR slut is acceptable - but being A slut isn't) is not acceptable and giving me concern". You accept that your relationship is over, but you essentially put her "on notice" and everything she does is an audition to stay with you - slightest slip up and you immediately next her. Once you let her know she's not on thin ice she will go back to being wh…

Option 1: Your vision of how things are - might not be how things are; i.e. she's dating guys who are far more attractive, rich, muscular, and SHE'S breaking it off with them to get back to you. In reality - she might not be breaking off - they are, or she is breaking it off after realizing these good looking, rich, strong alphas aren't going to settle for her. She feels like she might be able to hold on to you as you're more within her comfort zone. Option 2: You didn't mention age, but assumin…

There's trying to minimize risk and maximize reward, and then there is gaming the system. Based on the OP's comments I think he's the latter. Fact is he could have video evidence of the scissor incident which would greatly help in the criminal trial of his wife, and it could definitely be leverage in the civil divorce and help in judgement....but it's not some golden ticket parachute that guarantee's a win. Often times how winning is defined by how little you lose. Him having video only means wi…

Details on this interaction with cops. You called 911? Chatted with some dude at donut shop?

You don't that much time - particularly over weed. Your personal safety and that of your daughter come first.

400 is low for 21, but it's all about "your normal". Do your bloods once a month for 6 months to get a better baseline.....particularly since you're 21 and not 51. You may have had stressors that day causing it to be low or reverse and that was a particularly good day and that's your high side. That said, T-levels are about being "optimal". Let's say 400 is your normal, but you look, feel, perform better at 800 and you can maintain 800 without sides then that's what I'd recommend. Personally for…

You didn't mention your weight, but I'd suggest losing weight to visible abs territory. Weight loss and cardio won't make your dick bigger - it will however make it work better. Manscape/trim pubs. Someone mentioned jelching - give that a shot. If you drink [excessively] or smoke stop immediately. You didn't post your age - but once you hit a certain age not much you can do to increase size. There are meds you could take, i.e. given to those with diagnoised micro penis (which you are not) to inc…
