1	Big Facts. But two of the options are through tax. Unless you're one of the people who's like "tAxAtIoN iS tHeFt" that seems like a reasonable way to pay for it. I would love to hear your suggestions on how it gets paid if it's not by the dad and not by the government, assuming the mom is too poor to afford all of these things (which even someone middle class would be too poor for on a solo salary without government assistance). I would hope that everyone wants to live in a society where ALL children have access to healthcare, shelter, clothing, some toys, an education and some quality time spent with someone who loves them.
