I love this. And girl it's totally cool to keep that flannel. I agree. I have my ol boots I throw on when I change the oil, but most of the time now I'm in much more flattering and feminine clothes

I'm thirty but I wish I figured this out when I was your age. I bought into the liberal agenda and didn't really figure out that being a homemaker was what I was trying to deny and really wanted, until I was in my mid to late twenties. It's a beautiful thing to be proud of your home and family and honestly I think it's a major value missing from the world today. Girl, do you! Best of luck from another SAHW/M.

That's awesome!!!! Like I said, I can totally relate to this. My husband, bless him, is so INTJ. He's very literal and very logically minded. I'm grateful for him entirely but sometimes it's like holy cow feel some feelings out loud dude

Love. Really wish I had a friend like her in my early twenties. I started later in life 30 now, but love her content.

I see women with both lifestyles constantly "glorifying the busy " like one commenter posted above, a lot is personality.

I'm four months postpartum and the shedding is UNREAL. It's so bad. Like clumps. I've trimmed it and it didn't help either. Supposedly the peak of hair loss is 4m but we'll see. I second the big claw clip. I love Mrs Midwest too. I remember her mentioning claw clips as a safer alternative to hair bands too.

Go check out Mrs Midwest online. She has a lot of great tips about this kind of stuff. I'll never be a yoga pants mom because of this. Just not what I feel feminine in.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
