Let's discuss this sub...Agree. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 09:52 PM
Let's discuss this sub...Maybe there's a reason there are so many such as this? I know I have a downvote button and I use it but that doesn't mean I can't make posts like this? I've seen them before but I also still see pointless/irrelevant posts so I fancied posting my own. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 08:13 PM
Let's discuss this sub...I didn't mean to imply that I thought all anti feminism is not related to men's rights. College campus rape hysteria etc is obviously strongly linked I just think people stretch the link too far and it sometimes becomes pointless. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 07:36 PM
Let's discuss this sub...I think I can agree that I do not like those type of feminists whilst still saying there are still some that aren't like the ones you listed... Its a matter of differing opinions. I don't think every feminist is evil or that the only good ones are "mute"/don't identify as one whilst working on men's issues. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 07:30 PM
| -4 | Let's discuss this sub...I agree with you on all of that but I still think there are some good ones. We shall agree to disagree. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 07:13 PM |
| -2 | Let's discuss this sub...I know I just thought your comment sounded a tad misogynistic but that's subjective. So you are claiming all forms of feminism are bad? Obviously things such as the Deluth model would not come under petty whining about feminism... | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 07:00 PM |
Let's discuss this sub...That's very true and as I said my first post was trying to do just that. If you look at the 'hot' page they are mainly all good topics for debate and discussion. Although I do still see plenty of posts which I would deem as petty/pointless. You're right and I have seen posts like this before but I just wanted to make my own and see peoples views :) | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 06:52 PM
| -4 | Let's discuss this sub...I don't think you can put all feminism under one umbrella, it isn't all bad. That comment appears to harbour a lot of misogyny to me - fuel to the fire you seem so desperate to quell? I sound very pro feminist but I'm really not haha. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/15 06:50 PM |

UFC Ronda Rousey vs Reporter- throw Broken RibsThere would be SOME but there always is with anything these days. I was trying to say that a female reporter wouldn't ask anyway as Rousey was displaying her ability to physically dominate a man, whereas everyone knows male UFC fighters would physically dominate an average female reporter? But yeah there probably would be some outrage but as I said if she literally asked for it then I don't think it would be too much | /r/MensRights | 01/08/15 11:19 PM
UK Politics - leading candidate for Labour leadership wants to enact a feminist wet dreamTrying to win the female vote it seems? 100% do not agree with 50:50 gender policies, even in areas where men are the lower percentage. Would rather the best person for the job was chosen irrespective of gender. The other points don't rile me as much but the STEM one is surely already being implemented? | /r/MensRights | 01/08/15 11:11 PM
Have these sort of stats been factored into the 'wage gap' myth?I think looks play a bigger part than gender in tips. Haven't worked in a "tipping" profession myself but I would imagine good looking guys probably get tipped better than average looking guys and vice versa for genders. Can probably see men tipping women more though but that's the man's choice to do so | /r/MensRights | 01/08/15 11:07 PM
UFC Ronda Rousey vs Reporter- throw Broken RibsThey wouldn't be switched because that would be more of the norm compared to this scenario... that's the point of him saying "I don't think you're as strong as a man" or whatever at the start. I don't think anyone would even react if they were switched seeing as the reporter is asking for it to happen? Obviously an accident that his ribs ended up broken | /r/MensRights | 01/08/15 11:05 PM
| -1 | Woman Tries to Grab 100 Guys' Balls in Public, Has Zero IssueWell then they should press charges, as I said if she didn't ask before hand then I agree it is sexual assault. It just appeared to me that most did not care/consented prior to the filming. | /r/MensRights | 19/07/15 05:02 PM |
Woman Tries to Grab 100 Guys' Balls in Public, Has Zero IssueYes but it seems to me like she did ask for consent. If she didn't then I totally agree. | /r/MensRights | 19/07/15 04:18 PM
| -5 | Woman Tries to Grab 100 Guys' Balls in Public, Has Zero IssueLooks like most of the men wanted it to happen so what's wrong with that? If she was grabbing them with no warning then that's an issue but it appears she stopped people and asked beforehand. There is nothing wrong with that? | /r/MensRights | 19/07/15 04:08 PM |
Hey MRAs, do you prefer dating a traditional girl or feminist?I got into men's rights through my girlfriend who is a feminist. I love debating her about feminist and men's rights issues, she seems to know a lot less about male issues compared to me with women's issues. | /r/MensRights | 30/05/15 05:47 PM

Woman takes advantage of her husband, performs deviant act on him despite him saying he was against it beforehand (practically rape)This is a rare gender switch analogue of when women cry rape after sex when they change their minds in my opinion. She says he asked her to do it and enjoyed it but afterwards he seems to wish he had not done it. If he consented at the time then it is in no way rape, if the genders were reversed I am sure people would be enraged if she claimed rape. | /r/MensRights | 19/05/15 02:15 PM

Should gender quotas be in place for politics? No, I wouldn't want gender quotas on anything. Has the potential to keep the best people out of the job and would you want to know you got a job to fill a quota and not because you were the best candidate? There would be uproar if there was a scandal linked to a quota employee when they shouldn't really have been there. | /r/MensRights | 04/04/15 12:01 AM
Woman Joining Military, shocked how unchivalrous the new generation of men are. Expected women to be given seating over men.I don't see how it is in any way a male specific role to open a door for someone on crutches and there is also no reason for a healthy man to give up his seat for a healthy woman. Love how she emphasises that no one would open the door for a WOMAN and not just someone on crutches... I always forget how women struggle with doors. | /r/MensRights | 03/04/15 11:50 PM

Showed up on facebook...I have no words for all of itI was out with my girlfriend a few weeks ago and she was paying. The waitress came over at the end with a card machine and said "Who's paying?" turned to me and extended the card reader in my direction... I just stared at her then she was like "Oh, sorry" and handed it to my girlfriend. Also asked a girl in University "Would you expect a man to pay for the first date?" and she was like "Yes, obviously" so I followed that with "Are you a feminist?" and she was just like "That has nothing to do wi… | /r/MensRights | 03/04/15 11:37 PM

Women are better than men! They are. The question is - at what? (my own post FYI)Nice article, it's good to see people with balanced views of the sexes and not be biased towards their own as you mentioned! Would choose a debate on sexism with you any day of the week over one with a stereotypical "modern feminist". | /r/MensRights | 31/03/15 11:02 PM
Feminists protest company's billboard. Company provides the perfect response.Because you claimed there was no woman on this earth who wasn't constantly angry or protesting and my girlfriend is the right kind of feminist not the type that protests over this. You sound like you hate all women and I don't think that is the aim of this subreddit so I ask, why are you here? | /r/MensRights | 26/03/15 09:43 PM
Feminists protest company's billboard. Company provides the perfect response. My girlfriend is a feminist and would not take offence to this in the slightest... | /r/MensRights | 26/03/15 03:40 PM
"One man Vs The Feminist"I did think this as I watched "If that was a street full of men laughing and a woman being attacked with a sign this would cause a storm" but I still think he went too far, almost looks like he grabs her boob | /r/MensRights | 22/03/15 05:44 PM
Mom Who Fled to Prevent Son's Circumcision Ordered to CourtThe worst part of that whole article was this comment... "I can't believe what I've just read. So the law doesn't take in account a MOTHER changing her mind? And the FATHER'S word stands over the mother? Really?" | /r/MensRights | 22/03/15 01:03 PM
Are Moms Less Likely Than Dads To Pay Child Support? | FiveThirtyEightI know a couple that split up and the father paid support for around 6 years then one of the daughters moved in with the father and the mother was shocked that she had to pay support. She does pay but no idea why she was shocked. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/15 12:55 PM
"One man Vs The Feminist"Don't agree with them campaigning for stopping male violence against women, why not violence against all people? (I do however know that male v women violence is a bigger issue but still) but that guy is a tool, trying to provoke them. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/15 12:51 PM
I'm scared, and really alone at the moment. I'm having panic attacks left and right. Can I just talk to someone?Hopefully you will be proven innocent. Stay strong! | /r/MensRights | 22/03/15 12:45 PM
Thoughts and questions about the future.I can see things getting better. I think feminism is going through a transition into a more acceptable movement (rather than the stereotypical image they have these days) so more people will become involved with feminist issues and by default men's rights issues. Things like the He For She campaign will help MRA in the long run, I don't see how feminists can ask for men to join their fight and then not join ours. | /r/MensRights | 14/03/15 11:32 PM
What do feminists mean when they talk about "objectification"?That does not sound good. However I must say this is the best site I have found for actual discussion over men's rights. Most websites claiming to be about men's rights are anti-feminist which is quite depressing | /r/MensRights | 14/03/15 12:18 PM
What do feminists mean when they talk about "objectification"?As I said, there will be some. The point of this forum is not to be anti-feminist though, it is to discuss men's rights issues? | /r/MensRights | 14/03/15 12:11 PM
What do feminists mean when they talk about "objectification"?Wouldn't call this a "sub full of anti-feminists" at all. Obviously there will be some but I myself consider myself a feminist I just believe that modern feminism overshadows men's rights. I'm sure the majority here would agree | /r/MensRights | 14/03/15 12:04 PM
Heresy of the week: Boys, not girls, are the primary victims of the education systemYou don't think stereotypical gender roles play a part? | /r/MensRights | 14/03/15 10:19 AM
What is your experience of sexism against men?"are you saying you would rather they didn't have to do PE at all? And that during a global obesity crisis?" No, not at all. I would rather they did the same level of exercise and had more opportunities within sport. My school also had female rugby teams but they played once over 7 years whereas the boys teams had matches every two weeks most of the time. It is still sexism to treat them differently due to their sex even if they do not deny them access to a sport? | /r/MensRights | 14/03/15 10:15 AM
'Female criminals who are not dangerous should not be jailed'So they're arguing that if they complete their community orders they should be spared jail? I would be shocked if its only women who complete community orders. “Many women who end up in prison are themselves victims of crimes, such as domestic violence and sexual abuse." Feels like passing the blame to me... | /r/MensRights | 13/03/15 10:09 PM

What is your experience of sexism against men?My other post was about men's rights to opt out of child support and I had a debate about it with my parents last weekend. I think they were shocked about my views in favour of men's right but I think its a generational disposition | /r/MensRights | 13/03/15 09:57 PM

Should men have the right to opt out of child maintenance payments IF they wanted an abortion and the woman decided to keep the baby?Probably true but I bet women would also raise this issue. | /r/MensRights | 13/03/15 07:25 PM
Should men have the right to opt out of child maintenance payments IF they wanted an abortion and the woman decided to keep the baby?Hello good sir, 90% up-voted as it turns out! (not in an "in your face" way) I'm not saying my suggestion was the solution but I do feel something should be done, just gets to me that in the reverse situation the woman can abort no questions asked (I understand it is her body etc but I still feel a sense of injustice). | /r/MensRights | 13/03/15 07:24 PM
Heresy of the week: Boys, not girls, are the primary victims of the education systemAgree to a point. Girls have outperformed boys for many years (In the UK anyway) which I doubt is down to biological reasons. However girls tend not to go on to study sciences further which is just as bad in my opinion. I am currently on a BSc course and the ratio for boys:girls is around the 70:30 mark. From my college the smartest girl in my year got A* A* A (Maths, Chemistry & Art) in her A-Levels and is now doing an Art degree. Not to take away from her choice of degree but I am just trying … | /r/MensRights | 13/03/15 06:59 PM
Should men have the right to opt out of child maintenance payments IF they wanted an abortion and the woman decided to keep the baby?Yet if the dad wants to keep it and the woman doesn't the "two people responsible" become one and the child is aborted. | /r/MensRights | 07/03/15 02:50 PM
