That assumes there are any sane women.

" we can attempt to have long term romantic and sexual relationships that don't result in marriage or kids, and stay financially independent. Men who do this can get by on an easier job with fewer hours and have more leisure time, and still have a relationship that is a bit more casual in nature but still fairly safe. " This assumes that you can find a woman who won't suddenly decide that you somehow owe her money, or that you've raped her, or committed any one of a number of "male sins" that ju…

A man would need to be severely intellectually impaired, pathologically naive, or severely mentally ill to get married these days. Men get completely fucked in divorces.

I had not thought of it like that, but you are right.

She is black and female. Those are two things that will make any court go easy on her. Wait for her to use the"abuse" and "survivor" bullshit cards to get a free pass.

There is a pending petition for the US Supreme Court to hear the case. You can find out the exact status here: https://www.supremecourt.gov/Search.aspx?FileName=/docket/docketfiles/html/public%5C20-928.html

Right, you cannot be sued. All that can happen is that you get accused of a sex crime in social media, lose your job and your marriage and your friends and your good name, and never be able to rid yourself of the false accusations. YOU do the CPR - I'm not even stopping to look. If the person is dead, there is nobody to trash you except bystanders, and that might still happen. If the person survives, then you may or may not get a reaction you don't like.

If I come across this, I am not going to TOUCH the woman even though I can help. My personal and professional welfare comes first, and I am not about to rely on some woman's alleged goodwill to keep those things intact. In my experience, any time a woman sees a chance to get some money or become a "victim" or a"survivor" she jumps at it. I won't provide the opportunity.

Keep in mind that for every woman trying to get Amber removed, there are 10 trying to make sure she isn't removed.

They would need to adjust your rent downward to reflect the loss of the use of facilities that you pay for. However - it's a lot worse than that as it probably violates local and federal civil rights laws. You need a lawyer.

Sure women are the "most affected". Who else will go out and work their asses off for them and ruin their health to keep them in luxury and pay their bills? Now, if the guy that does that happens to get maimed or killed, they have to go to all the trouble of finding a new guy to do it.

I think the reasons that this never happens are many - the one you mention is valid (and probable), but it's just one of many.

The biological father is usually broke and the woman knows that.

The problem with this is that most women who make false accusations also don't have much money (thus one reason for an accusation), and suing them is pretty fruitless. They have nothing to take.

Actually, all you have to do is say he abused you, and threatened to kill you if you tried to get medical attention or went to the police or tried to leave him. That will almost always do it.

Sometimes men don't want to know and don't find out until it's too late. In California, a man has exactly two years from the date of birth of a child to challenge paternity. After that, he is legally the father, whether he is the biological father or not, and is made to pay child support. Paternity tests are simple - you order one on the internet (not expensive), swab the child's mouth when the woman is not around, and then swab your own mouth with another swab that is provided, and mail both to…

Why aren't you citing your "respectable references" ? A magazine is not a "respectable reference". I have seen a lot of patients with ADHD, and a lot with BP, and none with both conditions, over a period of 15 years.

Do you think that being a woman somehow means you are entitled to special treatment? Somebody had to sit in that seat. This time it was you. Try being respectful of men and their comfort. Or walk.

So the effect of being on that registry is that most men wind up homeless and jobless due to the many restrictions as to where they can live and work.

Men who are convicted of sex offenses involving minors in California typically get 15 years, and when they get out, they are on the Sex Offenders Registry (not a small thing) for the rest of their lives.

So I am wondering if this is a published opinion by the court. If it is, it can be cited and argued in other cases, like the ones where the genders are reversed but the facts are essentially the same. They can't have it both ways, or at least they should not be able to.
/r/MensRights05/01/20 06:15 PM

This is an appellate opinion, so it wasn't just one Judge. It was THREE! The court reasoned that the child "consented to sex" even though, as a minor, he cannot legally consent to sex with an adult. I would be curious to know if anything happened to the adult woman in this case.

Figure out a way to not work alone with her. It's almost certain that if you do you she will make false accusations against you. Failing that, a body cam with audio recording is a good idea. Failing that, I would tell HR and ask them to have someone else work with her alone, and explain why,and carefully document and record that request in real time as you make it, or do it by email and preserve the email.
