I do not see how number 12 would affect your opinion. From what I saw about vasal gel, that process still has a 3 month wait after the procedure. I think the real question is about how sure you are about not wanting to have more kids. Vasectomys should always be thought of as perm. If you believe that you may want a child later, vasal gel seems like a great option. Number 12 should have not influnance your choice.

I got a vasectomy done last October. My insurance covered most of the cost. I believe out of pocket was $80. No regrets at all.

This is a Medicaid issue and not a child support issue. I determined eligibility for Medicaid several years ago, so many things have changed. However, households group together with the children. The fact that you had a child in common with her is the reason that your income now "counts." I would not recommend stating that you are living somewhere else.
