Identify your non-social, non-status desires. Identify the things that bother you in your everyday life. Attack them. Figure out how to change those things for the better. If you learn something, being able to share that knowledge is social capital. You might also figure out who exactly you do need in your life, and who you don't.

Yup, not a whole lot of other animals figured out Sweating. It's the HEAT, and nothing helps your body learn to manage it like Loooong distance in the sun and over the hills :) However, the point is not what fitness is priority against animals, but what fitness is priority in conflict against other Humans. This is a good idea. And it's not about the money you shits, that 5k part is just to pay you for the hassle incurred in the first few parts. Saving for when I go back to school! Will tell them I'll go away if they bring back wrestling, which is often technically co-ed anyway...

Talk to him. Something pointed you to TRP, I'm sure you are grateful, even if the revelations were humbling. Sometimes even shameful. Be that thing for your father. All you really have to do is lay out the basics, shit-tests, hypergamy, essentially how it's not his fault she is like this but that it is on him how she's managed.

will it take you where you really need to go? Away? Emancipate. I often wish I had, and my childhood was not half as bad as yours. Edit: and a good motorcycle will change your life in a RP way a car never can. If you're in the city, I recommend a little 250cc.
