Dad can miss 2 payments and be put in jail. Mom can hold the chold hostage with no consequences. Seems like the laws regarding custody need a major overhaul. Although I have a son from a pervious relationship I've never dealt with the courts so this is all new to me. I'll relay the constable option to him when I can. He has been documenting her missed drop offs and all the insane Facebook messages she sends. Everything you said is pretty much what I've read. Bascially she can hold their son hostage and there isn't a damn thing he can do about it. I've been thinking about filing a CPS report on her.
