It's the LTR. They get all of you, true intimacy. Why should you give a shit about your FWB? Isn't it pretty much unattached sex?

Only because I was lied to about my paternity for nine years. It's unfair to all involved.

You forgot to factor in how much money he makes.

Yes. Attraction is something that builds up. My ex husband was slightly obese, bald, and wore thick glasses. But I loved how smart he was, he was attentive and loving to me. The last guy I had ended up falling for (kinda ashamed to admit this) had shoulder length wavy hair that he would frequently pull back in a ponytail, which he wore under a kangol hat.

Exactly. You should have these conversations before doing the deed. There is a difference between love and lust.

I can't sleep with someone unless I am in love. Casual sex....how do you guys do it?

True. As a friend of mine once said, "When you get in bed together, you're the same height."

I am 5 feet 7 inches. I'd like a guy who's minimum 5 feet 8 inches so I can at least look him in the eye.

You talk about an entitled, demanding demographic with impossible standards.....the dating market is flooded with single moms.

I don't mind a little extra weight on a man. But if it's significant like 300 lbs then I would find it hard to be attracted to him.

I'd say the companionship is the big thing. I want someone with shared interests to have fun with. I want to laugh with someone, cuddle with me, and make memories. I want someone who I know is going to be waiting for me at home to hug me, kiss me, and tell me that everything is going to be all right. Someone to always have my back when times get tough, it gets difficult at times doing this all alone.

Yes I would do it. Every man I have ever loved has ended up breaking my heart. As it is I am shutting myself off to the world and going into hermit mode. I hope I am never in love again.

He pretended to be single while trying to juggle me, someone else, and this bunny boiler he's been off and on with for years. Even after he got caught and backed into a corner he still tried to lie!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
