In addition to this, cooking is a very good decision financially. I estimate I save a few grand a year doing this (I used to eat out a lot). I HIGHLY recommend investing in a good chef's knife before you start and get it sharpened regularly.

I suggest you stop answering her for a few hours, or just be doing something else and text her back when you get some time. I say this because when I was younger I would always text a girl back right away, trying to be clever with a well thought out response. This would happen especially with attractive girls I was into. Spend more time alone with a female friend so you can become more confident and familiar with these situations. On top of this just go on a lot of dates and view them as practice. Don't get hung up on getting laid or making this girl your girlfriend. After a while you'll start to become comfortable in these situations too. It's kind of like public speaking, the first time it's hard to be comfortable up there but then by the 5th and 6th time you become a lot more relaxed and confident.
