Specifically what happened was he alleges that he was given a non prosecuting agreement by the DA. To be noted is that no evidence of this agreement was brought up during the hearing. Regardless, the decision of the court said that the conviction was unlawful. Charges may be brought against him again. He did do it. He admited it. That is not disputable. Oh no I agree that this is messed up, but 2 things. A. She was charged on both, which means the jury decided. B. She was still arrested and man hunted. I see very little systematic favor and much more jurial favor. Still bad, but better.

Unfortunately manslaughter has some implications. Normally it’s heat if the moment or without full understanding of what’s happening. So if you are enraged and punch someone, and they die, thats manslaughter. It is also something that is often plead down to. It is possible it’s application. You only get the jobs you apply for. Part of the different jobs people have is that more women will apply for serving, and men for cooking. Interestingly enough I have seen more female managers, but that may just be personal experience
