When Kyle reports it to the police they at first are angry and make a comment along the lines of "who is the son of a bitch? We are gonna kick his ass!" While not a perfect representation, it is highly likely that there are far more victims in regular society also, they just don't talk about it. A guy gets drunk and hooks up with a fat ugly chick. If you want to say that only the mother can decide to have an abortion because she is the one that has to carry it? Fine. But to say the mother gets a choice to face the consequences of her actions and father doesn't is absurd.
