1	Any ex smokers here? I would not recommend vaping, through vaping I increased my nicotine dependency because I was smoking the vape as often as I smoked a cigarette. I recommend getting the patches, reading the instructions thoroughly and use them for 8 weeks. 4 weeks for a nicotine equivalent that you smoke today (it'll say on the package), 2 weeks of a lighter dosage and the last 2 weeks of another even lower dosage.
