Really that's your advice? This has to be the dumbest advice I've ever seen

Forget about her, her happiness is none of your concern tbh. Look out for yourself :)

You have alot more power in this situation than you think, get a good lawyer and take down both the retards.

You can use AI to remove her out of all the pictures

Jeez sometimes I wonder if getting a hitman and calling it a day would be more peaceful.

Get her out of sight ASAP. You shouldn't be living together, that's the kick that will put you in gear and whatever you do. Don't let go of that accelerator.

If that's the case. Yes divorce her, shouldn't have married someone older to you. It's always an uphill battle and these women older than you DO NOT want to listen to you

Don't argue with your wife now, if she starts playing taylor swift or whatever else next to your kid then just shut it down immediately no questions asked and if she tries to start an argument then too. Just explain to her why you are doing it and continue shutting it down if she turns the music back on. DONT ARGUE WITH THEM, just do what you were gonna do anyway.

Damn son, don't bother marrying again. Live your own life after this. Women aren't worth it

If they see other women having an interest in you that's the only thing makes them behave well, all these tries etc that you did to save your relationship were just bad for you because she lost respect for you when you tried to comply.

Check up Voice for men on youtube. Really good and oddly enough it is run by a woman. This just goes to show that us men really need to start giving a fuck about other men too 😅🤣

Ditch both of them and get away from there. Hopefully the financial implications aren't a problems. Just stay away from women and see if you can try to get full custody of your son.

Completely agree, reconciliation is pointless. Better get done with the divorce fast and swiftly.

You should start preparing for divorce instead. She is on her way to get fucked literally and figuratively, the faster you are out of this the better it is for you and your son.

You should be happy you will soon be out of this shit show. Just prepare and take all necessary steps to get out of this unscathed.

For your mental sanity and peace end this relationship and move on.

Yeah you're right, you can't tell someone to respect you it is earned. Although in this situation she sees him as a weak person. He really needs to respect himself and not be a soft bitch for her to walk all over him. All the shit you're telling him to do is only going to make him look like a soft bitch and worsen his situation. He needs to stand his ground and tell her what is okay for her to do and what is not. He isn't telling her to respect him, he is telling her what he will tolerate and wh…

I'm sorry but your advice is absolute bullshit, you're telling him how to have her avoid accountability for her actions.

Nobody is telling him to bring her down. To put her in her place is to put her behind a line of respect. Nothing misogynistic about it, and if it does lead to a divorce then it's probably better for him
/r/Divorce_Men23/11/23 04:03 PM

Yes put her in her place, if she talks shit and is disrespectful she definitely doesn't consider him to be her equal hence the disrespect. If you draw the line and tell her not to cross it. There is nothing wrong with that. So yeah put her in her place.

I would suggest you start being a lil confrontational or atleast try to put her in her place when she does any sort of behaviour you don't like. For eg: she calls you names, or calls you boring. Tell her sternly to cut that shit and tell her you will not tolerate such disrespect. If she gets argumentative, flip it on her and ask her how would you feel if you did the same to her. If she turns into a bitch and starts yelling her head off, walk away from her and the marriage.

Me and my wife have a very similar distribution of finances. I think her spending an extra 25k when ya'll earning over 500k collectively isn't a big deal, although her crossing set boundaries by you is where she is wrong. Obviously open communication around that should help with both the issues. Hope this helps

Don't move back in, document and capture her short comings. You will win the long game.

I'm legit in the same boat as you, decent wife but took my freedom for granted. Too much to the fact that I even decided to adopt two dogs into the mix. Which further curbs your freedom. That being said, yours and mine are just a money issue. Which is relatively easier to overcome.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
