Yeah I agree, the trp of old was a lot better. There's still good stuff but I ignore a lot the macro scale societal type posts. But I've learned enough from it to not need it as much anymore, and there is tons of saved or older posts that I can go back to instead of reading some of the aids people post now

I don't have any input on what you should do, there's some good comments already. But if you keep her in your life, just don't go soft. Keep a strong frame so she can feel comforted at times where things aren't going well

I think a non political-nutjob red pill would be even better. This man really took the bad things about both political parties and blamed them both on the Dems to push his political agenda. There's some truth to what he's saying but he clearly has a strong bias which we don't need more of

Unless you had really good male role models growing up, this is unfortunately the default mode for guys now (at least in the states)

A lot of times it takes a big heartbreak to get someone to change their mind so I'm rooting for him. Hope he finds the right way

Just laugh it off. Deep down you probably know the only reason you're worried is because of how other people may judge you, not because you actually did anything that was really wrong. It's legal anyways. So act like it Anyone who would go out of their way to try and cancel you for something that innocuous probably doesn't have an opinion even worth entertaining. but you shouldn't play around with your reputation, the smartest thing to do is just never bring it up.

You said it was only a day or two so no big deal. Just move on and keep it to yourself in case someone tries to do the whole moral high ground thing

Modern liberals and political twitter are not a good representation of the left side of the political spectrum. I'm not sure if correctly understanding the left matters to people here, but representing the left with liberal ideas is basically like saying the goal of the right is more guns and more racism

100% agree with this. If anyone is trying to halt the decline, starting with women instead of men is the wrong approach anyways

Yeah a lot of things in society and life today fall under this category, like being with a younger woman for example. Even if you are right, exposing your real position on the matter will only hurt your reputation so it's best to just shut up. Idk how I feel about the "talking about how sex-positive you are" though, that just sounds like kissass behavior

If you look at politics as ideologies instead of as parties , you'll find that there are people who agree with leftist politics but not all the SJW bs. Left does not equal liberal and right does not equal conservative The vocal majority in two party politics might be cheerleaders who don't know shit about actual issues, but it's bad for political progress and makes people avoid thinking about the issues if you assume every leftist is an SJW or that every right-winger is a gun-toting racist

He's probably a cool guy in decent shape who doesn't complain about other guys being able to get laid? Lol

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
