Sigh, again that's not the point of that. The point is that it was clear she was not a security threat so that argument is defunct. Again I never said you can't escort her out, but escorting someone doesn't include grabbing back of the neck. In common circumstances this counts as assault which is not covered by "reasonable force" in regards to what force you can use to remove trespassers. Certainly unless there is a clear and present threat, this process should be handled by the actual security …

Viewing someone as arrogant doesn't give you rights to grab people by the back of the neck. The whole "split second decision" claim has been refuted. When you look at the full videos, she had been handing out leaflets with her fellow protestors for a few minutes. It was very clear what they were doing, and feigning split second decisions after watching her hand out leaflets for 5 minute is a bad defense.
