You can't control that some people care more about appearance but you can control your employees. I hate how people in general point ti the dregs of the gaming world and say that is the norm. Yes there is always the shit talker. But it is usually one immature bastard and the rest of the people aren't so bad. I noticed that girls usually enjoy games with a more mature audience. Such as WOW as opposed to call of duty. But ideally there needs to be some kind of middle ground. People need to stop being so fucking rude and girls need to grow the fuck up.

Let it be kids decision tell her that if he decides to have his shit cut when he gets older you will take care of it. Unless your ex-wife is an absolute bitch she couldn't disagree with that.
