It can reverse itself at any point This is really rare and generally only happens when they just cut it and leave it. A good urologist will clip the ends and cauterize them. Good luck growing that back. the criteria for being "sterile" via a vasectomy is not "0 sperm count" Yes it is. That's exactly what the point of a vasectomy is.
