I would be with you if you made your own original comment as it makes a lot more sense to take the comic figuratively. However, you were replying to a guy who was clearly taking the comic literally. This isn’t helpful in any way. There’s obviously greater repercussions for a group of men chasing a woman who is biologically weaker than them. And it happens much more often.

Wait hold the fuck up. At the start of this chain, the topic was clearly people physically chasing after other people. Why are you making it about romantic advances? Go back to the comment you originally replied to if you don't believe me.

Yes, but is "oh no when men chase around women it's gang rape but when women chase around men it's nothing" something you really want to put effort towards fixing when it is something that literally doesn't happen?

I think the issue here is that those specific double standards are such an insane level of non-issue that I didn't realize that is what you are talking about. Maybe I live under a rock, but when the fuck has a group of women chasing around a man been not seen as a problem when it really was? When has a group of men chasing around a women then getting unfairly accused of trying to gang rape her been an issue? The only time I can even see such an event happening is either a literal gang rape, or c…

Downplay what? You are talking about scenarios in your post which I assumed is referring to what is in the OP. Apparently I am one of the retards you are talking about because I literally cannot figure out what you are trying to say in your post.

I am really confused about your post. You realize the OP comic is just some dumb joke, right? This isn't an actual scenario playing out. What even is your argument here?

That's this sub as well though. Wild whiplash between seeming reasonable and being batshit insane, depending on the week and the thread.

You realize people can die or get maimed from getting shoved over, right? A skull hitting concrete at falling-over speeds can be very bad for a person.

Yeah, this a fake tweet. The only thing that comes up on google when this is searched is some shitty "funny" image rehoster and an actual twitter post from him saying that feminism should be about equality for women and men. This reminds me of the sort of shit my republican grandpa would post about Obama on Facebook. But who are we to interrupt a complete shitfest of a hate thread over a fake tweet?

Seriously. Because some poor fucking 18 year old sent off to fight with a tiny bit of training only to almost certainly get killed is a shining example of mankind amirite? I get what these pictures are trying to say, but goddamn they make us look like dumbasses.

I was sort of uneasy but kept reading until #5. That's just straight up saying "in an argument that you can't win because you are spouting bullshit? Just spout bullshit faster until the other person gives up!" This is a shitpost, and not the good kind.

There was no such thing as a safe beach. The Germans were spread out all along the coast and had defenses set up at any beach large enough to make a landing at. Many sites were looked at and the sites chosen at Normandy were determined to be the best ones. It's not like the generals just chose some random beach and said "good enough" and sent thousands to die.

It's Battlefield. They make their money and get their sales by selling silly, unrealistic shooters. The majority of the playerbase is almost certainly kids despite the M rating. There is no way they will piss off soccer moms by making the game be anything but stupid fun. I better add that I actually do like the games despite what I said before somebody tries to rip into me.

I get the feeling this is part of it. I just graduated HS and a good chunk of the guys I know are going to a tech school or straight into an apprenticeship because "fuck debt" whereas every girl I knew other than one is going to a 4+ year because "that's what you are supposed to do"

Most of them have been released as of 2010 and the woman was never brought to justice over the false allegation. Disgusting. Edit: Oh hey, I still have the flair that some butthurt mod gave me a year or so ago.

Honestly, this is a pretty good point. I wish this sub would actually think about posts that go against the grain rather than kneejerk downvoting and posting replies that do not even talk about your point.

And the worst part is that it completely hurts actual equality, and not just because of the "reverse-discrimination". When people see this, it undoubtedly makes them lose respect for the women who are hired because they will feel that they were only hired because muh diversity.

That would result in an absolute clusterfuck, there is no way that the DNC would be willing to completely lose what tiny amount of good will they have with the people to ignore who won with the people and place who they want in charge anyways.

How would it be illegal? If you are talking freedom of speech, schools are free to restrict what people say inside the school.

It's not. It's just getting upvoted because of the whole "fuck women, amirite?" thing that has been unfortunately gaining traction in this sub for awhile.

And I ask again, why the fuck is this post in specific on /r/mensrights? I disagree with what you say, but the OP literally has nothing to do with it being an "attack on men" nor anything to do with /r/mensrights at all. All the article is, is "haha look at all the women cheaters", not about it being "an attack on men" nor "putting lives at risk".

She completely ignores those who were injured in combat and the hell that even those who made it out alive and intact had to face. Having a loved one die is clearly far worse than spending months in fucking hell, likely having friends die.

My dad always had some mean form of acid, I'd like to say hydrochloric, in the garage that he used to clean iron/rust off of quartz crystals with. I spilled some once and burned a nice divot into the concrete floor of a garage.

People seem to be thinking that because a SJW tried to sue somebody for sexual harassment because they called somebody a slut or at least said they tried to sue means that it is the law and we need to do the same shit back. It's like a bunch of damn elementary schoolers, can't we at least be better than the people we are against?

Holy shit that sounds terrible. Absolute bitch of a roommate aside, did it ever get better and did you ever figure out what caused it? I don't know if I could live with 24/7 testicle pain.

Okay? Obviously the people who are upvoting it have not seen it before. Also, believe it or not, most people do not give a shit about reposts. The only places it is bad is on defaults and that is just because people can post the same thing every week or so and it will still get upvoted because of the sheer volume of people on the sub.

Wait, it is man-hating to target a specific group of people now? I suppose Victoria's Secret is also misandrist because it has mostly or all woman's clothing. I normally love this subreddit, but this is downright SRS level shit. It is not goddamn sexist to provide for a specific group of people in a private store. Don't stoop down to the level of the people we hate.

The word of somebody who was there is worth nothing without proof. If somebody from the other side was saying that they cut out stuff that helps the anti-gg side, wouldn't we all be shouting about how there is no evidence and that it should be ignored? I don't know why it should be different just because we have some random, anonymous redditor saying what happened helps our side.

And in some areas more does are allowed to be shot than bucks because of overpopulation. That really makes the whole analogy mean nothing...

Can't talk for anywhere else, but here in CO the doe licenses is done in the exact same way as the buck licenses with the exception of the numbers harvested. For example, Game Management Area 51 (the one closest to where I live) had around 200 cow elk licenses given out last year and around 150 bull elk licenses given out. It really depends on the population of the area. In heavily hunted, sparse habitat, there will likely not be any doe hunting allowed. In great habitat with few predators, ther…

I have never really understood the whole push for female game devs. By far the largest demographic for games is guys so it makes sense that the people creating games are largely men. Should we start pushing for male makeup designers or Cosmo writers?

I sort of see where the downvotes are coming from, but I do not think you should have them. Oh well. What you said is just about it. People look at the risk/reward and decide it is not worth it to get a girlfriend and just live their lives without them. They still lust towards women and still may like somebody, but they do not act on those feelings. Apparently asking an honest question alongside something that can just barely be derogatory toward gay people means that you may not have your quest…
