(Female) commentors will often bring up this point: "if you have kids and become a SAHM you'll have to sacrifice your career. This entitles you to 50%+ of his assets!" The worst part is that she would still be entitled to this, even if that wasn't the case. I would recommend /r/churning for you, or anyone else here. All you need is decent credit, and some patience/diligence, and you can make a good amount of money on the side just for opening accounts at different banks/credit card companies. Would highly recommend.

Somehow women's agency trumps the children's rights, conveniently. I'm okay with that. I'm not opposed to this, I'm always in favor of letting people govern their own lives. That's just my opinion. I've always complained to myself about the sub, yet I still keep showing up and reading. There is good information there, it's just harder to find amongst all the other crap. And like I said, this is something that has only caught my attention recently. Whenever something gets front page attention on /r/bestof and /r/all, like they've been getting recently, it immediately turns to shit. Sadly, I see this sub going down that same road.

It used to be that way, but I've found that it's gone way downhill ever since they've been regularly linked to by /r/bestof. I think the knowledge is very interesting and helpful, but the community is pretty subpar in my opinion. Great point. By allowing abortions, society has collectively decided that a woman's personal rights can trump the kid's rights to have a life and be supported by the parents. However, it's also decided that a man's personal rights do not trump those kid's same exact rights. Honestly, how is that not sexist?

The judge probably sees, "Oh the guy was too drunk to consent but I mean it wasn't really rape so I'll just give her probation and not jail time like I would if the sexes were reversed" followed up by "Well, it is your kid afterall so you have a moral and civic obligation to pay over half your income to raise them while they live with their mother... no I don't care that she 'raped' you, sounds like you're just a deadbeet dad" That's essentially what the comments of that post said.

It really takes a lot to truly make my blood boil in anger, but this one did it for me. Imagine if the genders were reversed, and a male rapist sued his female rape victim for custody/visitation/child support/etc. Do you think the reactions would be the same? I can't imagine that they would be. My blood would be boiling just as much in that scenario, because a rape victim should never be forced to be involved in something like that. I'm with you. I "don't care" either, and that's why I was originally drawn to MGTOW. It basically just felt like a mixture of frustration, disgust, apathy, and anger. Which is basically what I feel like. So that's why I just stopped "caring" and eventually found MGTOW. However, I don't always see eye to eye with this subreddit in particular. I don't really disagree with any of this, however I think that there are other factors in addition to feminism that have also negatively altered that cost-benefit analysis. I do receive comparable benefits to my satisfaction. I wouldn't be friends with them if I didn't. I'm completely aware of how bad the system is, I'm an MGTOW myself after all, but as long as you're aware of it and know when to distance yourself from it, I don't see anything inherently wrong with talking to women. I don't find them immediately horrible by default.
