You're speaking as though nothing that this guy said is true and completely ignoring the fact that it's possible that some things have happened before the camera started recording. He fulfilled his duties to her in good faith and he had no duty to take her to the specific curb that she wanted to go to. When he asked her to get out of the car she should have gotten out of the car, but instead she continued to agitate him. He responded by yelling his right over and over. Perhaps one that could make and take phone calls, and hail a ridesharing driver. Maybe one that can take videos and upload them to youtube too.
