Well that's up to you. I was just saying that the laws in Australia are different to many other countries. If he "knocked the bitch out" he would most likely never be able to get a visa for Australia ever again, because he would have committed a crime.

That would be considered battery in Australia. We don't have stand your ground or similar laws here. If she had have tried to physically touch him then he would have been able to use reasonable force to prevent her from doing that (self defence).

Also an Australian male. If I choose my seat as a frequent flyer and I am asked to move. I will refuse. I would rather be arrested and fight it in court than give in to discrimination like that.
