If you want to get girls at their job. Either be insanely attractive. Or spend a lot of time in that store. Get to know their name and vice versa. To the point where you just ask for "the usual". Flirt lightly every time. Then pick a time to ask them out when its slow and the boss isnt around. With tact and respect.

For sure. Even if you show a huge amount of interest the guy might still be either too shy to ask or too oblivious to the social cues. (I still am retarded to flirting social cues.) But if I had a friend point it out and make it out to be a guarantee. Then I'd ask for sure.
