Here's a remedy that no one should be without. Ime, acne, which I used to fight with, disappeared when I balanced my ph level. It's the result of too much acid in your system. I accomplished this with hymilan salt. It's got a slight red color as it contains all the minerals not just the chloride. It was never harsh acne but it was very annoying. It took about six months or less. I still use it. No problems..not even a blackhead, when they used to be abundant!!

Trucking operations. Where I am, we have several mines within a 200km or 120 mile radius, and the guys break everything! They even managed to bend what's called a head pulley, (looks like a very large rolling pin for baking) a full 2 inches. It doesn't sound like much but the pulley weighs 10 tons and is 20 feet long!
