What happens if it’s not a house and an apartment, and she is the one deciding to leave

Dumb question but how does the retirement/401 work? Do you have to liquidate your account and pay the tax penalty for early withdrawal?

Yep that’s exactly what I’m after is the decision making and at least half physical. Speaking with him tomorrow but that time adds up quickly in $$$

I should also clarify as I was ignorant to this earlier. What are the chances of 100% custody but 50/50 visitation in Cobb county if you know. Or generally speaking.

Can I revive this thread? So there is absolutely no leverage for weed. Random drug test won’t help my case in custody? Pictures of her stash won’t help? Reason I ask is because she’s against 50/50 and that’s the bare minimum I want. Cobb county

I needed to see that. Especially the accountability comment. You actually brought back so many memories. Every argument. Every single conversation that went haywire for one reason or the other, literally EVERY single one, I’ve apologized for. She’s never told me I’m sorry for anything in her entire time in knowing me.

I called her that 2 years ago when I had a serious convo about money and sex/needs. Told her I didn’t want to live the next year like I have been the last 6 at the time. And here my dumbass is 2 years after with the same issues. I just can’t get past the kid. If she had him even 50% of the time he would have absolutely no structure in his life and be able to do anything he wants as a 4 year old. I’ve seen it happen too many times and called her fucking crazy for some of the things she’d let him …

Yep, I acknowledge we’ve had a few moves. First state was 4 years, second state was 3 years, and we’re 6 months into our 3rd state. She never truly perused a career 100% like she was homeless though. That drive was never there. And when I bring up the financials I hear the same thing, you’ve moved me state to state. But my side is you’ve never had a “career” (not in a shameful manner), I’m just asking for a minimum 30k/year job so we can be comfortable. The 2 prior states that was 10000% do able…
