I agree with you on this one. Furthermore, it isn't "yourself" that you are protecting (by putting your relationship at risk), it's your ego and its perception of self-image. Do you really want to give your ego more power by giving in to such fears?

Illegal, just like fake rape accusations.

When you are not busy, you have to make yourself busy. Went through a depression caused by overthinking, reminiscence and compulsive planning to learn this. It's better to do something useless than to do nothing. A trip to the library, the park, hiking, meeting your parents/grandparents, meet up with an old friend, volunteering, mowing the lawn, etc. On days with no obligations, it's very easy to end up online (reddit, youtube, etc), so it's important to start the day right. I don't touch my com…

The Red Pill is, in my opinion, overly cynical. Been lurking on and off for about 3 years. In the beggining (when you are still a beta on the inside) you don't want to get trapped in any relationship. Eventually you will improve yourself and respect yourself to the extent that you can start picking up girls, build up some confidence, etc. After than, for some - especially introverts - this gets boring, and you might want to try out relationships. The first one is probably going to fail, but you …

1) Get super busy with work/friends/projects, and you will have less time to think about her. If you really enjoy your work you will perhaps even see it as a relief to have let her go. More time not spent = more negative thoughts, regrets, doubts and insecurities, etc. If you value your time, it's much easier. 2) If I invested a lot of time and energy into a someone I will usually be a bit angry at myself for not noticing the red flags and cutting my losses earlier. If I figured someone out quic…

Don't bother trying to pick up chicks at the gym. Maybe you will be successful, maybe you won't. But when you are using your gym as a pick-up venue, you are risking a lot. If you fuck up, and both of you keep working out there regularily, you might lose some focus over "that one approach" that didnt go right, etcetc...

You might suffer from low levels of free testosterone. I would advise you to pick up a book, such as Testosterone I/O, and apply the stuff to your life. If you change your diet, reduce stress (meditate), and start lifting, I'm sure your libido will be back to normal soon.

Sounds awesome! Thank you for sharing. And yeah, I noticed the whole subrettid itself (geotrp) is quite inactive, but just wanted to leave the question there if you or anyone else would ever see it. Ive been thinking of moving there for a while myself, but I would have to finish my education (with an exchange year in either Bogotá or Medellín) in at home first, so I have a lot of time. Apart from practicing Spanish, do you have any tips for things I can prepare for?

I would love to hear more about how fellow RPers experience Colombia as a country. What's great about it? What bothers you about the country? An elaboration of how people there chime with the AF/BB theory?

You are wasting your time with a high SMV girl you can't handle. It's hard for you to maintain an abundance mentality while you are seeing her. Stop wasting your time even replying to her and read a book instead.

So..its ok to go back with a girl who demoralizes you, cheats on you, flirts with other men, etc? I understand your confusion. They were married, not bf/gf. A lot of focus on marriage, but the book is great regardless. Exposes all your beta traits. Also, don't take everything here too seriously. If you doubt it, try it out (but don't marry) and see what happens. Best way to learn.

If you haven't read it yet; How to Win Friends and Influence People might help a lot. While it might not make you interesting right away, you will have a much easier time becoming interesting by interacting with people using the principles from the book.

No one will derive any benefit in someone trying to shove TRP-material into unplugged/beta friends. TRP, I believe, is only effective when the person seeks the truth himself. Lead by example. Get some decent experience first, become alpha. If any of your beta friends is ready to unplug, they will actively be seeking your guidance, and as you mentor them over some time - you can see if TRP is something that would fit them or not.

I love the way you look at things. It's this type of shit here I come to read. However, I got extremely curious about your previous relationship with your ex. If you mind me asking - and apart from AWALT, what was the most important thing you learned from the end of the relationship? Is it your age or have you just lost complete hope in relationships with women? Were you RP/alpha in the last relationship? Amazing FR!

I also got very confused by that part. Might imply something like the following matrix: Bad relationship with father who is married: Unlikely to stay long-term (certain) Bad relationship with father who is separated: Likely to stay long-term (very vague/wrong, see the last part) Good relationship with father who is married: Likely to stay long-term (certain) Good relationship with father who is separated: Unlikely to stay long-term. (certain) I don't quite understand it myself, but it makes sens…

Be aware of that you might disqualify some girls too quickly. Here's my story: My experience with LTR material: In the last two years, I have only met one single girl that would qualify as a 'high-quality' girl, and thus a potential LTR. As for looks, she was a 7 with a good body. However, when I first met her (sat with some friends at a lunch table in the school cafeteria), my first impressions of her was (or would be, with 'basic' RP knowledge) was that she was too attention-seeking, talking t…

I just wonder - for anyone who reads or have read No More Mr. Nice Guy: What do you do about the exercises? Personally I don't really consider myself to have any safe people. I just vividly imagine my closest friends in a group sitting around me, where I see my self talking to them as if I truly trusted them. Formulating the sentences and 'getting it out' (in my imagination) seems to help a little bit.

The law of jante isn't that much dominating in these countries anymore. As of now, I think it mostly applies to what people see as 'bragging'. A lot of people have this attitude where they think "If you are successful, good for you. Please keep it to yourself". If you have a lot of money, went to a good school, have a good job, all these things - then don't mention it unless someone explicitly ask you. IMO, wealth/career is a smaller proportion of your SMV there compared to the US.

Think someone posted and translated this a month or two ago on Reddit. Unfortunetaly it's in Norwegian. Some guy, who had previously been accused of rape, met this 20 year old women on a dating website whom he invited home. He gets accused of rape, where she kept on saying that he kept her down while she tried to resist, but he just kept going with force.. all that. Fortunetaly for the guy, he learnt his lesson the last time he got accused, so he had sound recorded the whole sexual interaction. …

Do you work out a lot? I tried out nofap too, which gave me a lot of excess energy to work out. Did this for a while, then I stopped working out (not by choice, had a surgery - doctor told me to wait at least 5 days), and after like 2 days I was horny as fuck again.

Think about it this way. If you call, you will either get no response, or she will pick it up. No response? Okay, you're back where you started - the only difference is that you now seem more desperate. If she responds, it means she has her phone available nearby, which means she has seen your text and ignored it. Do you really want to make a call where you will either get no response, or a response from someone who ignored your SMS, and probably your FB message? You just have to be patient, my …

Buy a small MP3 player. Or two. The Sansa Clip+ is like $35. Depending on the exercise I am doing, I usually clip it either around my shorts or around my neck on the t-shirt somewhere.

when you stop getting morning wood. Is this true? I very rarely get morning wood anymore. I lift for 2-3 hours 4-6 times a week. Been doing nofap for 2 months as well. Should I be worried or is my testosterone just temporarily depleted as a result of the workouts? Edit: I am 18 by the way. Feels kind of wierd not being 'that horny' all the time.

Had the same problem. DONT OPEN THE EXE FILE. On the torrent page for Tyler/Jeffy you have to press "Download this torrent" in the green box next to the blue box saying "HTTP Download". If you press wrong "Download torrent" button you will get some bullshit virus .exe.

Lift heavy. Get a huge fucking chest, some monstrous quads, and always keep in mind to walk around with a dominant posture. Should make you feel more naturally dominant.
