3	15yo boy forced to pay child support after being raped by 34yo teacher [x-post /r/wtf] The point of the law is that he isn't old enough to really understand the CONSEQUENCES of sex. Sex is fun. In general, cases of "statutory" rape are ones where the minor is willing, or even actively engaged. It is still rape PRECISELY because the minor is not fully cognizant of the possible repercussions, while the adult is. This situation is bullshit.	/r/MensRights	19/06/16 12:47 PM
