I am not trying to blame her. I think there are several things that I can think of: Codependency. Socialization (We tend to be socialize that building a life with a man will lead to happiness). He promised her the earth long before this thing happened.

That's the reason to never build a man in the first place. He will resent you for it because it's a constant reminder for him of how his life is useless, and after being successful he wants to close the "bad" chapters in his life so he will throws everything out including you.

I blocked my ex and removed his friends from social media. I redirected all of my love and energy towards myself, by keeping myself busy and evolving in positive ways. I am still doing so much works but I am in better situation because I have removed my ex forever. Your ex got upset has nothing to do with you, he should be able to respect your boundaries after all. Let him deal with his disappointment while you deal on making your life even better.

I am in therapy too but a session that lasted 4 hours is nonsense. After all, doing therapies several days a week is definitely very costly and there's no way in hell you just slammed the laptop shut during the session because it's an utter disrespect to the therapist and definitely will cause you trouble. So, that guy is freaking lying. Someone can even watch porn the whole 24 hours, so 4 hours is definitely something.

Trying to reason with these guys will end up us feeling being disappointed and angry. These guys ruined their brain so much that their brain could no longer process any reasoning — even if it's a literal common sense. Block and delete is the best option.

Most of my friends get confused on why I look so happy, vibrant and radiant while I am being single to the point that they said I look "shiny af". Being single means I can focus on myself and get to know about myself more. These things definitely cultivate self-love within me, this turns positive and hopeful attitudes that I have about life.

This is one of the thing. I don't like the fact they tell me negative things about marriage with no shed of positivity but they always hope and expect me to get married one day. It just make me feel so uncomfortable.

What I mean is that whenever I happen to hang around with married people, they always try to tell about how they have problems with the in laws, how their partners are always on to something. They always tell something so negative about marriage. I still see marriage as a good thing but the constant negative thoughts from them instill fear on me. Some things are just too personal for me to know and to understand as a single person.

I have lost so many friends and relatives because they are all married. Suddenly, their lives involve "I am busy, I have family to take care of". It goes as far as I haven't meet any of my married relatives for several years because we are all losing contact with each other. It's sucks because there are times I miss them so much but I feel like communicating with them just lead to nowhere. I don't want to hear their marriage life too. I am literally grieving instead of feeling happy when people …

Ha. All those men continue to have childish hobbies and likings even when they become adults yet society encourages it and deemed it as 'natural'. It's like those men never grow up, and forever stuck in their teenage and early 20s living. While, I, as a woman, was scrutinized by my neighbors because I acted like a teen while I was a teen.

Men always date and always take chances on women they are not attracted to. They can fake the whole ass thing even for years and years but they are all cowards because they don't want to end things, so it's always the women who leave in the end. I dated men who didn't have attraction in me but they didn't want to admit it because they thought I was a good placeholder until their dream woman comes along.

Lessons from elders I know: If you lend money to peope then you have to be ready with the fact that people won't return the money fully at you, or the worst case, there is no money to return at all. You have to be ready with the fact that there will be hide and seek, cat and mouse game just to get your money back, these are not worth any of your time and energy. If you decide to lend money to people. You have to lend it using the cold money, don't use your hot money let alone using investment/em…

Reading these reminds me of my friend that dates an HVM. He definitely let her be the center of his world (positively) because he cares about her and her son so much (my friend is a single mom). He works two jobs that make him should sleep in the office sometimes but he always communicate everything with her, and on his free time he always ask her to go on dates, ask her son to play with him and always buy them gifts. So, everything written on that excerpt is true.

I have always heard men prefer good women. But men will always triangulate the good wpmen with a "whore" because apparently a "whore" is wilder and better at sex than the good women.

See, this is the similar stories that I have heard over and over about the fact that if we stay with PA then things will always escalate further. I bet it won't take much time until this guy goes outside and have affairs with strangers. After all, he is lying, gaslight and deny how much porn is affecting the relationship. He won't treat the woman right and won't care about her. The only thing he has, is an audacity for making her life difficult and miserable.

It's also important to know that these guys can get violent if we dare to tell them how bad the porn are. They will get angry, gaslight, lying and deny on how much porn affect them. They will protect their porn stash more than they protect their own lives. Of course, they are willing to lose real people around them but they aren't willing to lose their porn stash. I have heard from men I know about how they are unable to move on from their exes, they are always on the "woe is me" side but judging from the stories I know for sure they didn't treat their exes right. They didn't even like their exes too. It's kind of funny seeing how they stuck in their own loophole.

I have been thinking about this, whether any of my exes is "the one who got away". I think hard but I am always back to the these conclusions "Glad. I don't end up marrying any of my exes", "Glad. I don't stay long enough in the relationship" or "Glad. I can get away from them."

I have had enough trying to maintain communication and relationship for almost 10 years with my dad (my parents were separated long time ago), it didn't come up with anything. We barely even talked, the conversations always came up one-sided. No matter the efforts I made (sending him email, snail mails, doing everything he wished) made him a better dad. Definitely, don't befriend your exes (I have made a post about this as well). After all, befriending your exes will put you into vulnerable states (the 5 stages of grief is on process) because you haven't fully heal and there will be lingering feelings within you that will make you unconsciously trying to win back your exes. These exes will hate you for staying and will manipulate you like hell. Block and delete. Nothing less. Sorry not sorry. Choose peace. 👍

You are not less worthy nor there's something wrong with you if a man chooses to pursue someone younger than you. I know, rejection sucks and it can hurt a lot. Things that I want to tell you is if the man decides to pursue someone younger than you, it has nothing to do with you. It's because the man realized you are far above him, his ego cannot handle the truth that you cannot be controlled nor manipulated. You know things more. Most of the words being said by them are only valid for that moment only, another moment they will forget it as if those words were never spoken. Some men I knew went to therapy and stopped after the first time of going there. The reasons? "It was expensive", "I have no time", "It was far away", etc. Well, who the fuck told you to get a therapy literally a state away from your home? My moment of enlightenment was when I knew that he won't ever change because he didn't want to and didn't see any benefits in leading better, healthier life. When I knew he didn't love and care for me the same ways I did to him. I noticed just how I caught psychological illnesses from staying with him that I need to end things even if it was a messy end. There's a motto for this: "Don't shit where you eat". Everything written is spot on despite I don't have experiences with office romance itself. But, I can assured that I got hit off by some guys in the office when they realized I am single. The most annoying thing I find out in the wild (or in my society). "Men likes women who are 'good woman' (never have sex, dislike dirty jokes, proper, repulsive at the idea of sex etc)". Men dislike 'bad women'. But then, when the women get married... "Men likes women who is able to satisfy the men, understand sex like expert, should like to watch porn together, loves and should be wild at sex". Men dislike 'good women'. 🙄

His porn addiction will ruin the relationship. It will only escalate even further if I stayed. His pain, unresolved trauma and inner demons will make me repeat the same histories like my family have. It can be pretty jaded because society conditioned that being in a relationship is the most important thing and achievement that everyone should have. I can definitely agree with this. Had my mom didn't have her own money, I didn't think both of us could survive when my dad left and didn't support us for several years. That's why it's important for us to have burner account so we can see the guy's social media, even when we accidentally like the posts or see his Instagram stories we won't have to deal with the awkwardness. My friend's brother is a part of this. He is currently on his early 30s but still don't have any ambition or efforts to finish college and get a job. He basically stays at home, playing games all the times and doing zero household chores while the mom coddles him like a manbaby.

This was exactly what my ex said to me about the reason he watched porn. He felt that watching porn made him desired. I think it was because he was able to think all those stupid scenarios on how women will go all their ways to enjoy his limp dick. I am clueless when he said that. Man A, B and I are coming from asian cultures. But then, Man B's family aren't forcing him to marry someone he doesn't want to, they are actually pretty relaxed about his decision on choosing a partner. So, he has made his own life difficult.

That's exactly what he has been describing his gf in bigger picture, but somehow he always end up saying "that's make sense because there has been so many things happening in her life". You realised that your life only belongs to you, you don't have to bow down to social expectations especially when it comes to dating and marriage.

I know so many men that will think the woman is a "freak" and "slut" if they know that she is watching porn, they simply disrespect her. (I don't support porn but this is what I know).

He is actually active in the dating site, asking our mutual friends to to search him for women, and when as far as adding random women on Instagram hoping to talk to them.

One of my male acquaintes said how he enjoys being single, but I know for sure it's a facade because his actions actually showed the opposite to the point of desperation.

I have been repeating this mantra if the feeling of wanting to prove my worth to a man comes to me. "If he wanted to, he would. If he doesn't want to, he won't." A man's interest is definitely has nothing to do with our worth, whatever we did and we said. You deserve to choose yourself above everything else.

It's actually an internship but I become so overwhelmed with it so I am deciding to resign not only for better opportunities but to heal myself physically and mentally.

Yeah, unexpectedly had a crush on co-worker definitely made me reconsidered everything so I chose the easiest way; stop liking him.

We all had been through these, because this is what the society has been teaching us. Learn to forgive yourself because you didn't know things back then, please remember that your future can still be good.

You are not alone! If we choose ourselves first, everything will feel more aligned and better for us. We have no regrets and don't feel bad leaving behind things that no longer good for us.

Even if things don't work out while vetting, you can remove those guys from your life. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I have been starting to enjoy my single life, even seeing it as something so awesome and authentic. Some people are worried that I might be "hitting the wall" that I should settle down quickly but I don't take those stuff personally and brush it off like a dust.

That's why I stopped chasing men so I revert all those energies towards myself by making my life better and fulfilling my life with more things to do. I am glad that I have made a right decision.

You are right about that. My ex was a total porn addict that seemed to have incestuous feeling towards his younger sister. He would even described just how his sister were always appear on his sexual dreams. He went as far as triangulate me with his sister. Digusting scrote.

I got one of these yesterday but the guy had the audacity to call me straight to my WhatsApp. When I realized it was that guy, I quickly cut the call off. Block and report his number too.

I know several guys that made second accounts to follow those insta models and porn accounts, their main accounts look normal though. My ex was like this, he had a normal main account and another one was a burner account where he followed every porn girls he came across. My other ex had Twitter where he basically followed hundreds of hentai accounts and either saved those pictures on his phone or jerked to those.

He was already admitted that he was a freak yet he did nothing about it and just go on and on.

Apparently, this trend becomes more common these days. So, if the guy is into anime and stuff, we have to make sure we know just how deep he loves those. We have to set boundaries on how some things can be accepted or not.

That's right. I was glad that I left him. I left him so he could love-bomb his waifu once again and be as pathetic as possible and I didn't have to know everything.

Well. Most of his friends were the same types just like him so it was unsuprising. What bothered me the most, he was apologizing to his waifu for being in a relationship with me. That's right, he felt that being in a relationship with me meant that he was cheating off from his waifu. I am glad that I was leaving!

He shared the birthday cake with his friends. He wrote the love letters on his social media so his friends could read. As for the chocolates? He ate all by himself in the end. I eventually understand his motives so that became one of the reasons that I was breaking up with him. He was simply comparing me too much with his waifu as well.

You don't have to imagine. I tried to understand his actions but the more I tried to understand the more I felt like going crazy. I was even in fear when I said something bad about his character accidentally, he would throw tantrum. So, that became one of the reasons that I leave him.

This was literal my ex-bf. He loved that particular anime character so much to the point he was buying an expensive birthday cake for that character, writing love letter for that character's birthday and as far as making chocolates for that character during Valentine's Day. He even spent hundred of dollars to buy that character's figurines. But then I felt like he was kind of stingy and picky towards me. He wanted me to pay 50/50 for everything. These types of guys would go all the ways spending…

We are on these things together. I am the same just like you, and reading FDS helps me to understand myself and definitely change my mindset. So glad that we are on the same mindset these days! Go queen!

My breaking point was when I realised that I cannot tolerate his porn addiction anymore. I have tried my best for the relationship to the point I became a pickmeisha. I have also realised that no amount of love, efforts and interventions can backed him off from his addiction if he didn't realised the problem by himself.
