Maternity leave isn’t 9 months benched. Women still work when pregnant and that comment shows you don’t understand how it works enough to really speak an opinion on it. In most cases the woman will work up to about a month to a week before they give birth and on average get 4 weeks if lucky of maternity leave. 2 months leave tops on special circumstances

Women divorce more because they’re unhappy in their marriages. The amount of posts I see about men not even trying hurts at times and I’ve experienced it myself with my own husband. It’s entirely dependent on the age of the kids. If it’s an infant/toddler, not a whole lot of housework will get done since the baby will need to be watched at all times so when home the other parent can take the baby and take care of them while the other cleans or vice versa. I mean, I don’t believe in circumcision, but in all fairness in a fair portion of the country now, a woman will die before receiving a lifesaving abortion. Children are denied abortions. You get some skin snipped which, again I don’t believe in but it barely affects you. Like truly it heals and then nothing for the rest of your life. You hear stories of family’s circumcising girls as well.

I think every gender should be careful. I’ve been in uncomfortable situations with strangers looking at me weird in public places that I know aren’t safe. Often times these people are much stronger than me. I couldn’t fight them off. It’s not a bad thing to just be safe. Things happen and it’s not all men but don’t act like there’s 0 threat and women are just stupid for not acting like they’re always safe and no harm can come to them. Same goes for men.

.. as a woman I side with her dude. I am ok with male doctors for anything but physical exams of more private areas. A routine physical is ok and i have a male psychologist but I would not want a papsmear from a guy or anything like that from the stories and for my boundaries. Obviously emergencies don’t matter but if I have a choice between a lower swab from a man or woman I will choose woman. It’s nothing personal against the man it’s just my boundaries.

They both suck????? It sounds like the dad didn’t tell the mom that he wasn’t picking the kid up which is child endangerment. He took it out on the kid wrongfully. Even if it’s not yours that doesn’t mean you can just abandon him at a place where the other parent doesn’t know to get him. I’m old fashioned. I’m fine with the way things were in the 50’s. I’d happily cook and clean and raise a family. I want to cook for my husband, let him come home to a clean house and ensure our children are raised without so much social influence to work hard, love themselves and to fight for what’s right. I don’t want to fight in a war and I don’t want to be drafted but I also don’t demand feminist shit and talk down on men. I know lots of people disagree but that’s just me.
