Question: How many months or years with the court continuing every other weekend or two weekends a month and no other contact and the GAL agreeing or taking no position, and how many hundred thousand dollars should fathers spend before they agree to something less than 50/50 but more than that? 2	Headed for divorce in strange circumstance You'll get 50/50 custody just for the asking. Divorce and custody are civil matters and >99% of these are settled, not adjudicated. I can't imagine a more ignorant statement in this sub when OP hasn't even shared his state in the post. There are still plenty of states and courts where a non-Mr. Mom husband (which a 3rd year med school father is assuredly not) gets every other weekend if the wife doesn't present as a maniac or agree otherwise. 2	Under Advisement Yeah, you've just got to wait. If it goes crazy long an attorney can check with someone at chambers to ask what's up. A month is not crazy long. 3	Does wife making more than husband contribute to relationship issues? Absolutely. It's almost rare to find a woman who out-earns her husband who truly shows respect for him long-term. Female breadwinner relationships break down time and time again. Many, many such cases.
