Those are disgusting tattoos. It looks like she let her 5 year do them. I like tattoos as long as they enhance a person's appearance but hate trashy ones and those FUCKING SUCK. Crazy how much shitty tattoos can take an otherwise decent looking woman and just make her look unfuckable.

Guys like to have sex with other women. It's how their brain works. If they have enough loyalty to their current partner they will turn down the opportunity when presented. He didn't have enough loyalty to you for whatever reason, so when he was presented the opportunity he took it. She made it easy, accessible, and good enough for him that he is willing to continually go back for more. It's possible that she may be stoking his ego or likely doing some psychological manipulation because she is o…

Yes, its going to vary for each person though. Humans are evolved to have arches in their feet. Some people who have had genetically flatfeet since they were a child, very possibly nothing can be done. But most people who don't have arches anymore used to when they were kids, but they slowly lost them due to restriction of ROM for your feet and thus weakening of your feet/ankles and everything linked. Generally, if you restore the feet to their normal functioning, their structure will return. Bu…

They are great, but it will take alot of time to transition to them if you have been using regular shoes your whole life. You will literally be working out all the muscles in your legs completely differently and as a result your biomechanics will change beneficially. Your calves will have the greatest workout of your life the first week you use them. Due to the above, it is extremely important to take it very slow and progress gently, because the body is so unadapted to barefoot range of motion,…

Well I mean wine is some amount of sugar + some alcohol content. So depending on the type of wine you're drinking , let's say an average sweet wine, you're basically consuming 1/2 a bag of skittles with 1 1/2 shots of vodka in an average glass of wine (approx). So yeah that shit every day = bad for every metabolic disease.

I think complacency is the key word. Probably, weed will not ruin your life. It won't ruin your liver, you won't sell your car for it, you won't commit violent crimes on it, etc. But it will make you complacent. You will become content, exactly doing what you are doing, which if you're smoking pot, is probably sitting on your ass in front of a screen. You will become happy, doing nothing and being a lazy piece of shit. And I think this is far more dangerous than anything else. If you are one of …

Basically, you have to do some kind of physical activity that will make you grow as a person. Strenuous exercise improves the body and mind. Lifting is the just the easiest thing to access for most people.

If you can't stand for long periods of time without perfect posture, then stay the fuck away from barbells until you fix your pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders, fucked up ankles, etc. Or learn the hard way and hurt yourself. I'd recommend practicing something to increase mobility/spinal alignment for at least a month before starting barbell training, yoga for example.

I have been working on upper body posture alot lately, I have some combination of rounded shoulders/forward head/ bad thoracic flexion. I have been doing alot of goofy ass exercises such as face pulls, rows, prone cobras to try to fix it but it hasnt been working. Do you think if I added these it would be effective, or is there anything else that might help?

I don't like SSRIs because I agree with you 100%. But for some people it is the only thing that helps them and I'm not going to dispute that. But it should only be short term treatment while they get their life shit sorted out.

Yeah I think most people are depressed because of their situation and their neurochemical makeup is downstream. Pills treat the symptoms but not the cause. But if SSRI provide the kick in the ass someone needs then I'm not going to argue.

I was almost certain I had read it was over 60% a while back, but I don't have any sources. I could be wrong. I've been been out of college for a year or so. I know multiple similar aged people that are divorced. I know alot of people that will be divorced in a few years. Ironically, the only long term couples I see lasting are the ones who arent in a hurry to get married. They are waiting until their life situations are stable, which might not be until their late twenties. And they're fine with…

What is the divorce rate like 70% now? I bet everyone thought theirs would turn out okay. I dont gamble, but 70% doesnt seem like good odds to me. Statistics usually tell the truth.

Yeah there ya go. Work more hours at an unfulfilling job you hate. Help your CEO buy his fifth vacation home. Thats why you shpuld get married. Great fucking advice.

Yeah I had a gf in highschool that wouldn't have premarital sex because it was sin, but handjobs and bjs were common because it wasn't sex. Perfectly fine with 16 yr old me. I believe there is a satirical song on YouTube called "fuck me in the butt because I love Jesus" or something to that accord. Reflects this topic perfectly.

I'm still a novice-intermediate lifter, but I can offer my knowledge. 1) BCAAs are a waste of money for most people. They are aminos that stimulate protein synthesis (anabolism). Can be used to keep your body out of a catabolic state. Can also be used to help stay anabolic hours after your workout. Supposedly good for fasters. That being said, the effects aren't mindblowing and they're not the cheapest. The aminos (leucine, isoleucine, and valine i think? ) are all found in whey protein also (bu…
