Back when I was playing football in high school, I was maxing out at 235 on bench, while weighing 155 pounds at 5'7". I only lifted during football workouts and gym class, and Ill be the first to admit I wasn't very serious about it all. It's not a very outlandish claim he's making, if you ask me

Let's also not forget the amount of time spent contemplating how to solve your problem, the lows of wondering if you can do it after hitting a road block, the extra researching, extra learning, and everything else involved with the task. The journey towards finishing a complicated task is a roller coaster, at least for me. The end result always makes it worth it, but I'd be lying if I said enjoyed the whole process every time. I say this an auto mechanic, living in that roller coaster daily.

I'm also 5'7", and now 175 pounds, down from 215. Still have more to go, but I've made good progress. After thanksgiving, I started trying to lose weight. I didn't change a single thing about my life, aside from not eating dinner and going to bed earlier. I think it falls under the moniker "intermittent fasting."
