1	You have zero excuses to not get jacked I have been running two miles, 3x per week since I was 18(39 now). I also have been doing 50 pushups and 100 situps every night before bed since I was 18. My diet could be better but I eat healthy for the most part. I have never set foot in a gym. My arms aren't huge/jacked but they are toned. My abs and my legs are on point. 1	Have you ever known a guy who was rejected, in person for being too muscular?
