This is also why there is growing support for the idea that if you falsely accuse someone of this kind of crime and it is determined to be false, the accuser should face the same the exact same legal, civil, and social consequences as the accused would.

She'll be arrested, there'll be an investigation, the charges will get dropped, and she probably won't even see a courtroom. If she does see a courtroom, she'll still get off and at that point she needs to turn around and sue the city for all of her legal fees. Or perhaps sue the parent organization that is pushing the protest. I have zero sympathy for protesters who block traffic.

I do agree with you on it all being alleged for sure. I would like to point out though that in the U.S. Police can and do arrest someone on suspicion alone. Where I live for example, when they do this they only have a few days to gather any evidence they can find and bring it to the DA. Where I live specifically, the DA brings their evidence to a Grand Jury who reviews the evidence and decides whether or not there is enough there to issue formal charges. Yes but no. It is all contextual from what I have seen. Yes it is a dude using physical force but it is being done to stop a female(s) from abusing said dude. I feel like a lot of the time context is missing from stuff like this but in my own experience I have seen women become far more physically aggressive and this is the result. If you are going to act like a male then you should probably expect to be treated like one too at some point.

Therefor what? Someone was attempting to claim that the saying Men are stronger than Women is sexist and that is BS. The sexism isn't in the fact nor the stating of it. If there were to be sexism found it would need to be found in the intent behind the statement. Unfortunately this would be viewed as assault on her by the police. Not saying that she didn't need an attitude adjustment but unfortunately by law someone can get right up in your face and as long as they don't physically assault you you can't do what he did and expect to not be charged if/when the cops roll up.
