i use to be where you are at. i know its going to sound like stuff you already know, or maybe it doesn't seem like its going to help, but ultimately what worked for me was finding other things to take my mind off it. Get some hobbies like drawing or playing an instrument, go to the gym, learn some new skills like cooking. Eventually all of these things will go on to give you things to talk about, or impress girls with. and put yourself out there after you have worked on yourself a bit. Use tinde…
