Well, just to repeat what I said - I can't fully comment on the situation without knowing the exact context of your relationship - please don't think I just called you a dick. The way you described the situation suggested that you have her firmly under control (submits to you/ buys you things/ cleans and does stuff for you), and not necessarily that you do stuff for her. Generally, you should balance things in such a way that the overall balance of power is on your side, but she still feels enou…

Well, first off: as you surely know, LTR game is different from a pick-up game. I find there is always a thin line between holding your frame/keeping the right power balance in a relationship and, well, being a dick. Don't get me wrong - as you know, being a dick is a decent strategy, as it activates just the right instincts in women - but in a LTR, being a dick can backfire. Firstly, because being a dick gives your woman a genuine reason to grow tired of you and unhappy with you. If she's too d…

Think about it this way: even female animals are known to use sex instrumentally - there are various recorded observations of female monkeys essentially prostituting themselves for food. It shouldn't then surprise you that women often use it as a tool to get whatever it is they want. At the same time, in now way can you say they don't value it in itself - how, then would you justify cheating on stable providers who are desirable in the long-term? I think the confusion there comes from the fact t…

First off, I doubt there is such thing as an exception that proves the rule - human upbright is always a party stochastic process, you cannot always control for all the things that will shape your child. Paris Hilton and a bunch of other quasi-celebrities are exceptional in the sense that they are extremely rich and attract enough media attention to skew their sense of self-esteem - and you hear about them precisely because of that very media - you don't see 'quiet, withdrawn' rich, precisely be…

Well, I guess the real question is: how to tell whether you are in a short-term relationship, and how to best manage your strategy/expectations accordingly? When you start dating a girl, you do it with a certain expectation: sure, you may assume it's a temporary thing to have some fun out of, but then your expectations adjust in the process, and the final outcome is not entirely at your own discretion. So, it seems to me that short-term relationships are not really fundamentally different from a…

Well, a couple of things come to mind. First off, real wealth allows for a different, healthier dynamics within the family. The wife doesn't have to work and (assuming it's the husband who is responsible for the wealth) has a stable position of authority. That is the way it used to be in every family, before all that welfare state and feminism necessitated more women picking up employment. Then, if you are wealthy, you can afford to educate your children the way you wish to, rather than the way …

I agree, always progres. However, bear in mind that what constitutes progres is always contextual. If you are after a casual girls you just want to shag, then keep pushing - she'll either put out, or withdraw, in which case your resources won't be tied up there anymore. On the other hand, if you are unicorn hunting (or just pursue a girl with a genuinely high SMV whom you wish to appropriate for a LTR), remember a slow but steady progress can be more fitting than relentless pushing. Not pushing …

First off, the guy was being stupid. Putting the RP aside, you don't get involved with the co-workers, period. If you do, then either make sure it's a one-time fling, or start dating them, either is a damage control measure. He allowed the exposure to build up and then was surprised when it blew in his face. Second off, he lost control of his game. He assumed she can be rationally trusted to uphold her part of the deal (keeping it casual), while ignoring the obvious risk of retailation. Third of…

IMHO, that is a very contextual thing. Cooking is only emasculating if you make it so, by first being all cocky about it ('women to the kitchen' etc.) and then leaning in when she pushes hard enough. If that is something you genuinely enjoy doing and are decent at, I can't see why there would be something wrong about it - just think of the professional chiefs, nearly all of the famous ones are guys (and a lot of them are definite alphas - Gordon Ramsay). Plus, when you cook good food for your ow…
