Women don't just replace a real alpha with a symbolic one, they also are capable of doing the exact same thing with children. If a woman has taken up a particular cause, watch your step, as she is capable of executing every amoral sexual strategy at her disposal in service of her and this symbolic child.

This is not true. Fat stores contain almost no water. He's probably thinking of the glycogen stores which are depleted in a very short time, 1-3 days. You'll lose an unusual amount of weight the first week or so of a diet as you deplete these stores, but after that it's almost entirely fat and muscle you'll be losing.
