think ignoring it is probably option. saying that though, do you think that if I subsequently change my behaviour shortly after she mentions it is a clear sign it bothered me? thats the hard bit for me, I struggle to not only be bothered by it, but struggle to act the same and indifferent. Yeah its just this triggers me differently, your right.

No they fuck me up too lol. its a weird one. One other thing ive done is try to stay away from talking negatively about pretty much anything. ive noticed people around me have gradually stopped as well. i dont know why but this has helped me

One other things ive done is religiously took vitamin d3 and flaxseed oil (to get omega 3/6/9, all of them) daily. If i accidently dont take them for a day im all over the place mentally. something that works for me. i dont know the scientific aspect of this, but it works for me
