I do the same and sometimes get shamed for wearing the same shit. Can you imagine? Being double shamed. Omfg its like our society is made up entirely of human beings that enjoy joking around with each other. We need to shut this shit down.

Its like you think government housing and food stamps don't exist in other places?

If you aren't making enough to live, then why the fuck are you staying in that city? According to you there are people who are just hemorrhaging money. Then what the fuck are they going to be missing by moving? They're in a downward spiral towards losing their housing anyway. Unless your suggestion is that they are making literally exactly enough to live and eat ramen noodles every fucking day. Its common fucking sense. Thinking is hard? Obviously for you.

Yeah you can't just pick up and move, you have to plan and save some money and then live with a little insecurity for a while when you do finally move. Holy fuck call the UN the USA is making people plan and take some responsibility for their own financial situation Jesus Christ.

Thats how you know it was staged. An employee throwing food at a fan? A complaint and maybe a lawsuit, and maybe fired. An employee PUNCHING a fan with food? Definite lawsuit, and definitely fired. If this is Jacksonville, I'm pretty sure this is the mascot we had for 20 years or so.

Do you guys really think that women had any say in where their kids went before they even got the right to vote? Having and exercising the right to vote vs who got to choose custody of a child seem like two different things, are they not? Perfect response

Don't expect others to be damn mind readers on their 12th commute of the week. It doesn't take mind reading. Enjoy having your stuff moved by others, its not like people like me are bothered touching your stuff. Feel free to give us a rude stare, as if we'll give a shit.

Meh, who cares. Waste of time to think about it. You had a girl, she had issues, probably best avoid those issues in the future, but its normal to miss her. You have a really healthy attitude, good luck friend.

If you think antidepressants help you escape your problems, you've never actually taken them. They aren't fun, there is no high. Your emotions are slightly blunted. Thats it. For thousands of years, humans all over the planet have medicated themselves with whatever they could find, usually alcohol. And yet people like to pretend their mind is a perfect temple that can't be distorted or malfunction in any way big or small.

Want to add: manage your expectations. it's supposed to suck and you have to push through. if you find yourself getting too upset at where you are in life too constantly and it's hindering you from making a change, talk to a psych. maybe antidepressants could help.

what if I'm empathetic to their not wanting to be picked up for whatever reason and just don't want to be a dick? The post puts you in a situation that forces the woman to leave where she is or continue being harassed. I can't get behind that. I don't want to be that person. you can be open to conversation, approach woman, not give a shit if they say no, not lose frame, still get numbers, and not sacrifice the part of you that cares about not being a dick. in my case, it's not about identity. it…

if you live to be as social and successful as Benjamin Franklin I'd think you were lucky. I'm not a historian however so feel free to call bullshit. Barely made it halfway through his autobiography and dont remember shit.

Your strategy requires more effort but would probably still work better. That doesn't make "eye for eye" justice inadequate though, just less successful. A society that kills its citizens when they attempt murder is a society with a lot less murder

Thanks I had a question about this topic. Just been walking because almost any form of running wears down on my knees and ankles after a week or so.

I've found that running causes a lot of damage after a week or two. I've tried longrunning and HIIT type stuff and both eventually tear up my joints and I start to feel like an old man with everything cracking all day and my knees and ankles hurting like a bitch. I'm 5'9" 235lbs, with a better fat% than the average person at that height/weight but if that's true then not by much. I've had the mindset “First, I will lose weight, then I’ll hit the HIIT.” Instead I've been walking 5 miles everyday …

Yeah, I'm game to post my results. Just started carrying around water with me all day at college in my backpack and the difference in my craving was insane. Anyway, this has been the only tried and true method I've found for losing weight. COUNTING AND KNOWING FOR SURE YOU ARENT FUCKING UP.

I know you posted this a while ago, but this is the first time realizing this happened to me. Some of the red pill resonated with me and a lot didn't. But a major thing I noticed was that as I became more cynical overall this effect took place. The same thing happened when I became a full on atheist. I became more cynical, and annoyed with just happy go lucky messages like "god will see everything through" and the priest being the best character in so many stories.

This is very helpful. A lot of times the only thing holding me back from learning new skills is not knowing what way to prepare and what information is necessary. Finding the information is now the easy part. Guides like this are a perfect combination of super available information coupled with the structure of an actual course. Kudos, keeping this post bookmarked.

Well first of all, let me clarify that she has had to work to get where she is. Nobody just falls into jobs. But whether someone is getting a promotion because pretty, or her coworker gets fired because ugly, there is no difference. She still benefits either way, as the market for that specific labor simply falls to those that aren't ugly, and the competition goes down. What makes the difference is that if you were in a position that didn't care at all if you were attractive or ugly, those thing…

I got in an argument on a later tweet by him, and I was confronted by a polite but confused woman, claiming the main people hurt by false accusations were those with actual claims and then cited Brian Banks story as some kind of success for the system. You can tell she was confused because she was an attractive girl working in the entertainment field of sports. She owes her whole career to her looks yet she has the gall to claim that the mystical "rape culture" exists
