2	Anyone ever go to a bootcamp? What was your experience? Did it help? Ripoff? AFC rant inside. I went to a bootcamp. it did all of the following for me: more confidence better looks (i'm in excellent shape now) dress differently. The women love my new threads. people treat me differently now. I get a lot more respect. I've noticed that I'm a lot more "alpha" now. Girls love me. It was definitely worth it when I went just over 2 years ago.
