Exactly. I'm kicking myself so hard for not getting the number of a girl the other night that was giving me sooooo many IOIs. I'll be back around her at some point though so am not too worried about it. The hard part for me has been getting over feeling like I'm intruding on whatever they're currently doing. But agreed. I've found that most tinder girls are insecure/anxious/bipolar/boring. I don't mind if they're a bit introverted, but the other qualities are a no-go for me.

This. So much. I got really busy recently and also happened to be 'talking to' several different women. Some because I'm interested and a few others because they're my friends and I keep in touch with em. I've ended up prioritizing the ones I'm friends with because I value that more than just a night in bed (and not trying to get with them anyways). When I did that, I ended up just not texting back when one of the other girls killed a convo with a 2-word reply. Or I took hours/next day to reply …

+1 for not getting attached to labels. Too many people let something that a doctor (or even self-diagnosis) labeled them as get in the way of their progression in life. Placebo effect of sorts. If you believe that you have trouble with something, you're going to have trouble with it. Overcoming that belief is hard, but once you do you're golden. Envision success, not failure.

It's been varying for me. Had just one last week but had one last week and 2 more planned (with diff girls) actually but ended up canceling one for another with a girl I'm more interested in. One a week is what I usually try to stick to though. Gets more expensive than I'd like, otherwise, at like $5/beer

That's honestly where emoticons come in. They're really the only way I've found to express emotion via text. Don't be that guy that spams em though. The less you use em, the more they mean when you do.

I mean, if you were actually close to her, I'd just open like you haven't talked to her in a while. You hadn't forgotten her, I doubt she forgot you. After 4 or 5 messages back and forth, ask her to go out sometime to catch up. That's when you need to make your interest apparent. At this point, she's probably remembering 'dweeb' you that she was friends with/maybe had a crush on. You need to meet her in person to show her the 'man you', that she can now be seriously interested in.

Definitely open like you remember her. Odds are she remembered you as well, fancied you back then, and wants to start something.

It's all in how you deliver it. She could probably tell you were nervous and just wasn't sure what to make of it. The key (which I'm still working on) is to make it natural. When you go up to a woman, pause, say your compliment, then wait for her reaction, you've already made it awkward. As you're walking by, just tell her she looks great. Or compliment her on her scarf or hat or whatever. Don't make a big deal out of it, just say it and be ready to keep walking without a second thought. If she …

Wish I were in your situation instead of mine... My roommate at the moment is a girl I went to high school with who I had a pretty short thing with back then. We both needed housing at the same time so decided to split a place. All was fine for a few months and we got along great with no sexual interest. Then she got rather drunk one night (I was kinda tipsy) and spilled her feelings for me about how we could get married and move somewhere and have a dog and buy a house etc....and drunk me thoug…

These all apply for me, but could relate to you as well. I'm not sure... Self confidence is huge for me. The last girl I had some kind of relationship with started telling me she wasn't good enough for me, and would constantly ask why I liked her. I, personally, want someone I don't have to baby and reassure and take care of all the time. If she's gonna be down on herself and relying on me to pick her back up, that's a burden and a nuisance I just don't want in my life. Said girl lasted about 10…

Hell, I'm a guy and will walk away from other guys who do that. It's frustrating and rude in any situation and is certainly not a good way to attract friends or women.

This exactly. I'd been talking to a girl for a bit and we'd hung out a lot with one person as a third wheel of sorts (like her roommate or something). I asked her on a date (making clear that's what it was, as we'd been 'friends' for years, but had recently been reacquainted as we're both single now) and she said she wasn't interested. I said "OK! No worries!" and carried on with a different conversation. I've backed off on texting/snapping/going out of my way to talk to her and what do ya know?…

I'm finding the same thing. Got 50ish matches in my first month or two. Moved to a more populated area, got a decent number, remade my account and and getting almost none now.

A lot of guys here will tell you to keep text game brief and to only plan logistics with it. I, personally, disagree. My experience has been that if you do that, she'll forget about you. Especially when you're coming from something like Tinder where she's got lots of guys who do text her. The key in-person or via text is to connect. You need some common ground that makes you stand out in her mind. It will also make her more comfortable with you. I try to have one decent conversation with a girl …

From my perspective it looks like you don't have a ton of confidence in yourself and because you're 'a nerd' you think that means you have to be with nerdy women. That's not the case at all (unless you just aren't attracted to anyone else). Slotting yourself into a category like that only serves to limit you. Rather than thinking of yourself as a 'nerd' (which typically carries a negative connotation), be a person who enjoys certain things (computers, anime, music, literature?) and be confident …

Thanks for this input - I usually try to progress things like that and let her make the major moves so she doesn't feel like I'm trying to push her out of her comfort zone. As a guy, I agree with what you said about him being on top. Unless she's giving submissive vibes, I usually try to get her on top of me so that in her mind she isn't being pressured into that position. If you do end up on top, pay attention to where your legs are. Don't immediately put both of them between hers and start gri…

I've been in an incredibly similar situation. I've managed to wrap it up without things getting too messy. I was in an open relationship (LTR had been 6ish years, open for a few months. That didn't end well, but is a different story). The girl in question lived 7ish hours away and matched me on Tinder while staying at her family's vacation house near me. We chatted about a ton of stuff, had a good bit in common and legitimately really enjoyed talking to each other. She was fine with me being in …

I was an only child that grew up in a very rural area. Fuck me when it comes to socializing.

This is one of the biggest things I, personally, need to work on. I'm learning to catch myself doing it (their eyes wander or they don't seem incredibly interested) and try to condense the story or make it funnier/more enthusiastic from then onwards.

I had a similar experience a year or so ago. I was at a theme park and getting on the biggest baddest roller coaster there. There was a lot of hype for it so that caused some nervousness. Cuz I didn't have a clue what was coming. The ride operator was doing their usual pre-takeoff tension build-up thing when she said: "...reaching speeds of up to 90 miles an hour!!" I actually laughed and all nervousness was completely gone. I ride a supersport motorcycle for fun. I commonly go 140-150mph. 90? T…

I have always taken it as "Don't change who you want to be for the sake of others" You can aspire to be like someone else, but do it because it's how YOU want to be. Not because someone else says you should be like them.

Move on from her. Trust me. A few months ago I was dumped out of a 6.5 year relationship because "she didn't love me as much anymore" and "wanted to find herself." A few months prior to that she'd asked about being in an open relationship which I had agreed to because I was a beta fuck at that point and just wanted the relationship to keep going because I knew nothing else. The good part about the open relationship (which I did actually take advantage of) was that it led me to discovering game a…

Things went great until I realized I'd left my condoms in my bathroom....right as we were about to have sex.....note to self and everyone else - keep them accessible. Up until that point though, we cuddled on my bed and watched Netflix, made out, some LMR where she "had promised herself she'd be good (she says this as she unbuttons my pants, and stops), I say some line about her staying good and I'll be bad instead (cue removal of her pants) and then after she cums we're about to have sex, and t…

No, I get that. We did all that during the date. She's 23, I'm 22. I honestly wanted to get to know her before asking to go over there.

Oops. Replied on my normal account lol. Anyways, yea. If it happens it happens. I'm looking to make a relationship out of it, so I'm looking farther forward than just tonight. She's definitely the shit test type, though, so she'll keep me on my toes. It makes things fun

Well, she just told me that she loves that I don't blindly agree with her, cuz that means I won't let her walk all over me. And just asked to come over to my place "to meet my roommate's cats" So yeah, things are working well :D

While I agree that you shouldn't obsess with it, you should watch for signs that she's getting close and keep consistently doing what you're doing. Switching stuff up halfway through is a great way to screw up her orgasm. While some may not make it seem like a big deal, if you can make a girl cum your first time with her, she's absolutely gonna want to come back for more. I have a number of close friends that're women (who I'm not looking to get with, for one reason or another) and when I've men…

My biggest tip is to watch her reactions to what you do. Some women give more feedback than others (moaning, closing eyes, body movements, some are vocal) and all are different when it comes to what turns them on. I've been with 4 at this point (though one was a 6.5 year relationship and we had sex hundreds of times. The other 3 have been in the last month or so), and each one varied greatly from the others. I wrote out a big thing, but then realized it basically sounded like me bragging. If you…

While it's possible to have a fuckbuddy far away, you have to realize that if anyone else comes into their life or your life, it's gonna be over. That can be difficult to take since you'll most likely have to commit a lot to get them to be willing to do it. I speak from experience here. I have an FB 300ish miles away. I give her attention and sex her boyfriend doesn't and do it well enough that she'll make any excuse to drive 6 hours for it lol. Her family happens to have ties up here, so she co…

To address your internet question: If you're interested in her, get a small convo going in-person. Some kind of exchange that has meaning and can be carried on naturally. Add her on Facebook/whatever you use later that evening. Don't wait more than a day or two. At that point you become that guy she met 3 days ago that's been thinking about her for a few days but just got around to sending a request. Not a good image, IMO. After adding her, wait a bit, then message about something relevant. Not …
