1	The education system in western countries is a toxic matriarchal system I agree. Its actually worse, Asians who are discriminated in college admissions are really being held back by their own parents!! And Blacks who don't do well in education - parents again. 1	Female bosses Most women and men prefer male bosses according to multiple surveys. It fairly common for female bosses to be promoted for diversity and not know the job. More than fairly common actually, it happens most of the time. Then they become intimidated by the competent men around them. Also women bosses become erratic once a month. 1	Ladies, what is the biggest thing that the men on this sub get wrong about women? I tried to read thru the comments and they seem to say the what women always say to men: be authentic, don't pre-judge women, have empathy, be open to real relationships, its about more than just sex, etc. Every time this topic comes up the advice from women is the same: treats us with respect and kindness and be open. The problem is that some (many?) women will take advantage of guys who follow this advice because men who present as open and honest are like a red flag to a bull. 1	As a man, I think the men here greatly underestimate the fundamental advantages of being a man in society...... Freedom and security - Wrong: many more men are injured and killed than women. As a man, I control when encounters happen with women - Wrong: women control sex, men control relationships I don't have to worry about safety and security in romantic encounters - Wrong, what about false accusations and domestic violence from women. 1	Girlfriends cousin came into our apartment and slapped the dog shit out of me Here is the deal, you are very lucky you were not arrested, charged and it ended with the criminal record that affected you life and future jobs.
