Her exact words were ".. any working woman out there, any women at home knows exactly what I mean: we have to work harder. And that is a fact." She mentioned nothing about successful men and even if she did she'd be wrong. She isn't working harder than Buttigieg. She isn't more accomplished than him. She isn't as eloquent as him. If he had the "shakes", he'd be done for in a second. Hell, Rubio took a sip of water and that was too much for some people.

What is actually a fact is that men on average work longer hours than women, but when has facts stopped a politician from throwing mud on half of the population to get votes from the other half?

why not just treat women the same way you treat men In this day and age every interaction I have with a woman, could be painted as an sexual interaction. Is a hug just a friendly gesture or an attempt to feel up her boobs? Is a compliment, just a compliment or a sexual advance? The threshold for misunderstanding when a man and a woman are involved is very low. The threshold for misunderstanding when two men are allowed is not. I would therefore not recommend treating women like men or vice versa…

Humans are notoriously bad at monitoring things for a long period of time. Don't get me wrong, it is clear that these women fucked up. It's not clear however that they fucked up because they're women and that the navy lowered some standard.
/r/MensRights25/06/18 08:59 PM
1

The reasons for not revealing the gender is simple to me. If a man fucks up, no one suggests that men should not be allowed to be officers on a ship, if a woman fucks up, people like you come out of the wood work to suggest just that. I think adding women to physically demanding military positions is stupid. That being said, an officer on the bridge of a ship doesn't require you to be strong.

It doesn't matter where it happens, it matters because the person you're hitting on works at the same company you work at. This is what you wrote: Reverse the roles (if you have to, to see it) and tell us how it wouldn't be a case of sexual harassment with serious consequences. If Leo hit on Tiffany, nothing would happen to him. I'm sure he hits on women he wants to fuck all the fucking time with no consequences. He's a playboy.

Move first can, however, be unsolicited, when you clearly see, that the other party gives no fuck. It seems to me she deduced that Leo gave no fuck. colleague You need to understand that people in the office are there to make money. With the amount of offline hate toward incels today, I wouldn't be surprised if people got fired for publicizing that they are an MRA. I would at a minimum be ostracized by my friends for labeling myself as such.

It is clear what consent means, but not clear what it covers. Do you want to have sex? YES! That is consent, but only the beginning of the conversation, because it isn't clear what "sex" means. Is it soft kisses for 30 minutes and penetration after the choir starts to sing? Or is it hard fucking and hair pulling with a thumb up the anus? Realistically, in the heat of the moment, no one is going to discuss that and the person taking a (mostly) active role is taking on the most risks. Also, as a s…

You're like an automoton that spews random words to deflect. I did not create a strawman, I used reductio ad absurdum to disprove your argument. Again, if a woman approached you asking to peg you, could you say no to her. Since you can, that means you have a choice.
/r/MensRights22/05/18 09:17 PM
1

You said men don't get to choose, so if a woman wanted to do that, all a man could do is oblige.
/r/MensRights22/05/18 07:55 PM
1

What triggered you? The fact that I said most men have sex? The big picture, sexually speaking, is as follows: Ninety-seven percent of adult Americans have ever had sexual intercourse; three percent are virgins. Seventy-eight percent have had sex in the last year (86 percent of men and 70 percent of women). And 64 percent are currently involved in a sexual relationship. (Excluding senior citizens, it's 72 percent.)
/r/MensRights22/05/18 07:53 PM
1

Males can't choose. Some random women walks over to you and says she wants to peg you and your response is to drop your pants and ask her to use lube? Of course men can choose. Lowering your standards to nothing is a choice.

Less than one percent of people get laid in this country? Everyone else can go die a virgin There are lonely men, I get it, but you're exaggerating the situation. I just don't think there's anything I said that any reasonable person would take as a stance against prostitution/sex work. Why are you mocking blowjobs in your video? What is the purpose for including that? How does it reinforce your point that there is nothing wrong with sex work?
/r/MensRights16/04/18 03:36 PM

I said I thought prostitution should be LEGAL Yeah and the people you're mocking are saying the same thing. That's why your video is dumb. Its not justice that these people are being harassed. Moralizing assholes like yourself write down stupid laws that take our rights away.
/r/MensRights16/04/18 03:15 PM

This video is the opposite of "men's rights". It is against men's rights that prostitution is illegal in this country. We shouldn't be celebrating this fact by posting a video of a douchebag. Two minutes in and I don't think I can continue watching this cringefest.
/r/MensRights16/04/18 03:02 PM

Yeah, I'd agree with that. Only in Michigan will you have a guy live on a several acre farm and bitch about the neighbors making too much noise. People go to bars and don't socialize. A close friend's wife barely acknowledges/talks to me. I reach for a hug when I see her and she gets awkward about it ("oh no, he is coming in for a hug, what am I going to do?!!?"). While I didn't experience it first hand, I have a pretty good idea how much it sucked because, as a normal rational human being, I'm able to emphasize. And that's OK, but its not what I'm talking about. Bob thinks if he helps Jane a couple times with calculus and other tasks, Jane will understand how truly a nice guy^TM he is and will give up her pussy and once the pussy is slayed, he can stop the nice guy routine, because honestly, he really misses playing D&D with his friends.
/r/MensRights13/03/18 09:23 PM
1

You wouldn't do it for everyone. Therefore you're not nice. No. I'm not saying that at all. Mark and Jane are friends of Bob. Bob is willing to bend over backward for Jane, in hopes that he can get pussy from her. He isn't interested in fucking Mark, therefore Mark doesn't get special treatment. Therefore Bob's treatment of Jane isn't "nice". If being nice is an act, our brains recognize it and treat you as a cheater. If someone is genuinely nice, we recognize that as a positive trait.
/r/MensRights13/03/18 09:11 PM

Men think the cooperative game is "im nice, Im fair, I treat them well, and I pay for drinks, and she will like me, date me, or fuck me". You talk about boundaries. In our family we show our love by picking up our kids, throwing them on a couch or bed and kissing them, cuddles, hugs etc. The point you want to make is while we show our love this way, he/she cannot show love that way to others and that boundaries are important.

I've had a female friend through out rape accusations like beads during mardi gras. I was making coffee and I gave my female roommate a cup, who nonchalantly told me our common friend had raped her the night prior. She was drunk and spent the night with him. So what's the correct answer to the question presented to Betsy DeVos? More sexual assault or more false accusations? I think answering that question with "I don't know" is the responsible answer. Judaism has a set time frame where it has to be done very early in life (first 7 days I believe). Islam doesn't have this and its not a central tenant.
/r/MensRights25/02/18 04:55 PM

It's highly recommended but not a requirement in Islam. Plus in Islam it can be done later in life. There is no set time frame when it has to occur. A boy could wait until 16 for example and consent to it. It would make him no less of a muslim.

I have proof that Intel was intentionally not hiring the best in the field. This is one variable among many. When was the critical design flaw introduced? Who introduced it? Was intels hiring practices changed at that point? Did the hiring practice affect the hiring of employees at the department that introduced the design flaw? Did intel's change adversely affect quality assurance and testing done there? By how much?

This kind of story is often portrayed as a “coming of age” experience but legally, a teacher engaging in any form of sexual relationship with a child under their care is abuse. ... This is because social and cultural norms mean that women are often viewed as nurturers and carers, “the fairer sex” and therefore not capable of sexual aggression. No fucking way this will succeed. This is a batshit insane person with power being insane. The courts are more or less sane in this country and nothing will come out of this.

By West we mean the USA, Canada and Western Europe. In those countries women have equity. Hell, they have more than equity. In those societies not only do the law favor women, society coddles and cherishes them at the expense of men. For example, 60-70% of all American men have their genitals legally mutilated, women on the other hand have their genitals intact and law protecting their genitals even trumps the 1st Amendment of the US constitution.

They'd rather do nothing, the leeches. Friend of mine works 60 hour weeks at an investment bank, comes home to a wife watching TV and cooks dinner for himself. It's pathetic.

Feminism: covering your head is awesome, we love your choice! Conservative women who like gender roles need to be killed!

I think most people in America are stupid enough to say something like "I support people's right to choose" when it comes to MGM and totally reject that when it comes to abortion. If you pointed out their hypocrisy, they wouldn't be able to make the connection between the two contradictory positions. It happens all the time talking about MGM, they talk about religious freedom and how it allows them to mutilate their sons, you mention FGM and immediately they think you're for making FGM legal and…

Probably supports abortion too I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't. The stupidity of the average American is shocking.

Three guys on a sidewalk has turned into a riot or disruptive protest many times in history. Recent history too. As other have pointed out, if a peaceful protest is going to turn into a riot, a permit will not help it from happening. In any case, the chance of this protest, in Minot, ND turning into a riot is absolutely 0%. The cops/municipality were being dicks because they got offended. How could the cop be applying the law incorrectly if the law specifically states that permits are required f…

insure preparation for the assembly I would assume, and I'm no lawyer here, three guys on a sidewalk nobody uses is not something you need a permit for. 1000s of people on that street, sure, but not three guys. If the state law or municipal ordinance requires such a small group to get a permit, then I'd argue that that law is not designed to keep law an order in place but to make it inconvenient to protest. If you have a problem with that, it needs to be addressed to the supreme court, not the c…

Congress shall make no law I suppose therefore State government could limit the right to assemble if they chose to do so (it seems like the right to assemble is protected by the N. Dakota constitution)

Those distractions Signs are distractions, true, but there are signs everywhere. Why can McDonalds put up a sign but I can't? Makes no sense. slow/impede traffic and This clearly isn't an issue. Every time there is a police stop, or construction or a broken down vehicle, this happens. This happens naturally. cause accidents And the drivers would be responsible. You cannot sue McDonalds because some driver looked at the golden arches for too long. My your rationale, the first amendment got a whol…

distracting drivers by approaching the vehicles with signs. Yeah, but that is exactly what the framers had in mind when they wrote the constitution. They were a bunch of people after all that protested by dressing up as native Americans and dumping tea in the Boston harbor. It shouldn't come to a protest but sometimes a protest is the last thing you can do and protests are effective only because they force the issue that you care about in front of people's faces. I live in NYC, I'm inconvenience…

It is. And they are. And I support that. You think women should be able to murder their born children? Did you misunderstand what I wrote?

"force women to give their blastocysts over to hospitals for development." This is like saying women are forced to give up their children for adoption because murder is illegal. Women in the future will be able to end their pregnancies as they can do today. They will not be able to decide whether or not the fetus should become a grown human because that choice will not be available to them, just the same way killing children is not an option available to them. Repeat after me: killing bad. It mi…

You know what I meant No, I don't actually. It will be perceived as "forcing" women, because it takes the choice away from them. The choice is not murder. We do not give women the right to murder their unborn. We give them the right to remove the fetus from her uterus which, currently, has the side effect of the fetus dying. No choice is being taken away from women.

they didn't think she had an inherent right to life anymore. No, they allowed the husband execute her wishes. She was always a human and if her wishes were to be kept on a feeding tube until she died of old age, she would have been kept on life support. Your argument that a cluster of cells, containing all the biological necessities to become a grown human adult, is not human, just because it cannot produce conscious thought is very, very week and not something most of us prescribe to. It's almo…

disingenuous arguments That's the only way they got what they got. Leftists will always exchange personal liberty (the life of the unborn) for the benefit of a class (women). "But, but murder rates are down!" technology develops Certainly. The discussion has been centered around the assumption that a blastocyst/fetus can be magically removed from the uterus and can safely come to term. I'm not sure society will force women to do so, rather than just aborting it. Force women to do what? Become a …

We don't hold human life sacred. No, we hold it sacred, it's just that we hold other things sacred as well. Right now you're able to have an abortion due to the fact that you have the right to bodily integrity. A fetus hitches a ride on your body, and you have the right to tell it to get off, regardless of the consequences to the fetus. Society, by a slim majority, has deemed that your right to decide what happens to your body is more important than the life of a developing child. If however tec…

dead That's not what I asked, is it? Furthermore you can be quite alive and not be able to conscious thought (see Terri Schiavo). I'm pretty sure she was considered a human by all of us.

The guy treated her like a dick She was venting about what an SOB he was Kinky Sex stuff she was not into.. So you're telling me that there was a clear motive for her to kill him. The victim being into kinky sex is irrelevant BTW. It's like asking what a rape victim was wearing.
